Dear God, I wish I could give this place SO many negative stars. We chose NPAC to care for our brand new golden retriever puppy. We made sure to bring our breeder's paperwork and the vaccine schedule any time we went so they could check things off and make sure we were up to date. So we spayed our puppy on Good Friday and she started getting sick the following week--no eating, no drinking, throwing up everywhere, lost a TON of weight immediately. Sunday was spent throwing up everywhere. We took her in Monday morning, and the vet didn't seem too concerned because he didn't run ANY tests on her. He gave her a shot for nausea, a shot for pain, and an antibiotic just in case it was an infection from getting spayed. She wasn't getting better, so we took her back Tuesday morning, and the vet tested for Parvo--she was positive. He gave her fluids and an antibiotic shot and told my husband that she hadn't had her last parvo vaccine....but was operated on anyway. My husband took her home and went to work. When I had gotten home from work, she had died probably right after my husband had left. So because the vet didn't keep accurate records and wouldn't check our sheet off each time, he spayed her and exposed her to Parvo, which ended up killing her because he also refused to run ANY tests on Monday, even though we insisted because we were afraid it was Valley Fever, and we wanted to catch it early. But since he "didn't feel like it was necessary," our pure-bred golden retriever puppy died at 6 months old. DO NOT GO HERE if you actually love your pet(s).I want to hold them accountable and I want them to refund my money for the spay AND for the "services" we received on Monday and Tuesday, because they didn't do anything to actually cure my puppy, and they're the reason she's dead.
