The appt. was made in advance. Arrived 3:17 for a 3:30 appt. My chis has no issues, it was merely an annual checkup and to get a couple of shots. After 5 min was ushered into an exam room, Peanut was weighed and had temp taken. Within a couple of minutes the assistant came back into the room and announced that Dr would be a few minutes late, as he was finishing up surgery. 20 minute later, no Dr. I went out front and asked when we could see the Dr was told another 15 minutes. The staff seemed indifferent, and one of them was borderline combative. I asked about the other Dr and was told he didn't show up today. When I explained that I was on my lunch hour, well, again, the staff seemed to care less.Read Less
