The techs and doctors are genuinely concerned about your pets as they realize the importance of the pets in the family and how much they mean to us. They actually called to check on my 19 year old shih tzu. They were very very knowledgeable and concerned. I would recommend them to anyone. Very competant. Dr. Riddle is the best.

My sincere thanks and always, my gratitude to Dr. Walker and his staff for their kindness, compassion and expertise in taking care of my cat family over many years.
Recently, it was time to say goodbye to my senior kitty. As difficult as this final experience was, Dr. Walker and his staff were there to help us through this emotional time. Afterward came lovely follow-up with a beautiful, personalized card received in the mail, plus other niceties very much appreciated.
Dr. Walker and his staff have always been there for us, giving us the best of care. They have never failed to show how much they love and understand my pets, and have always shown wonderful customer service throughout.

This practice is fantastic! We adopted a cat from the humane society and went to another VCA location for the follow-up care. The original location was not very helpful and said they could not do anything unless our kitty was sedated. I called VCA Mountain View and the office manager, Melanie, was able to schedule us within the hour. The office manager and technicians were warm and welcoming as soon as we walked through the door. Dr. Foster was so sweet, knowledgeable, and compassionate! She and the tech, Melissa, took great care of our kitty. I am so glad I found this practice! All of the staff really care for the animals they see.

This vet is so close to my house and I never thought about going there since I already had a vet I usually went to. This changed when my pet had an emergency and the staff there was so friendly and took care of him better than anyone could have. They earned my trust and I switched over to them as my primary vet for my pet.

On a Monday morning in March of this year, my husband and I woke to find our 7-year-old tiger cat, Felix, unresponsive in my home office. I knew almost immediately that he was gone. We have no idea what happened, as he was fine just a few hours before. I was a crying, sobbing mess when we went to VCA Mountain View. They were extremely compassionate. The office staff were so kind, and so delicate. They had several office cats wandering about, and a couple came over to comfort me, truly a sign of a great office. The office even made a donation to the AZ Humane Society in Felix's name, and sent me a lovely card signed by everyone at the office. I truly feel like they care. My other kitty, Leo, will be coming here soon for his yearly check-up, though he is a bit over-due.

I had a VERY VERY good experience and would recommend everyone to this animal hospital. I have worked in the field before and this is by far the best hospital. All the staff was super friendly. my kitty was diagnosed with FELV and the first hospital I went to they just wanted to euthanize him right one the spot didn't give me no hope anything. But when I came here euthanize wasn't even brought up, they wanted to see if he can be help first before the doc even said anything about euthanize him. Sadly he was to far gone. I even stayed past closing and they were still as polite as can be. Thank you Dr. Sharon and staff.

This has been our vet for as long as we've been dog-owners. I trust the staff here with everything when it comes to my dog's health. The front office staff and the medical assistants all know my dog by name and even remember all of his quirks and medical history. They have always been kind, gentle, and their love for animals is immediately apparent. I recommend this and other VCA locations, including paradise valley, to anyone who is seeking quality veterinary care.

I was unsatisfied with my prior veterinarian to such a point that I was determined to find a compassionate and caring new one. I chose VCA from all the positive reviews online. The reviews do not disappoint. Dr. Chapman is an excellent, knowledgeable and attentive, caring veterinarian. She explained in detail my cat's condition and his treatment. She and her staff treated my pet with the utmost degree of care and attention.

This has been our vet for as long as we've been dog-owners. I trust the staff here with everything when it comes to my dog's health. The front office staff and the medical assistants all know my dog by name and even remember all of his quirks and medical history. They have always been kind, gentle, and their love for animals is immediately apparent. I recommend this and other VCA locations, including paradise valley, to anyone who is seeking quality veterinary care.

Avout a year ago my puppy, wolfie, was in the final stages of parvo and i took her to tgis vca. They were incredible. Best vet experience ever, they worked with me and were able to help wolfe. Here a year later she is happy and healthy. I couldnt imagine life without her were glued together. All thanks to the doctors and nurses here. Thank you so much!! :-)

We were very happy with the techs just not the Vet.She wanted to do $500.00 in tests on our dog that just had parvo.We took him to 1st Pet Vet.on Union Hills and they were great.The entire tests office visit and parvo treatment ran us $498.00.They actually cared about our concerns and not draining our wallet.

I was unsatisfied with my prior veterinarian to such a point that I was determined to find a compassionate and caring new one. I chose VCA from all the positive reviews online. The reviews do not disappoint. Dr. Chapman is an excellent, knowledgeable and attentive, caring veterinarian. She explained in detail my cat's condition and his treatment. She and her staff treated my pet with the utmost degree of care and attention.
