My 1 month old kitten was treated at an emergency hospital for constipation last night with an enema, fluids and prescribed a laxative. They advised me to take her to a regular vet for a follow-up & another enema today. Westridge doctor agreed that she needed an enema but wanted to re-diagnose her and keep her overnight. I asked him to try first, and then we'd talk. This made him very upset. He refused to treat my pet because he didn't want to be proven wrong. He said, "you just come in here and tie my hands and tell me what i can and can't do? no". Um, when it comes to my cat? yes. I told him I would go somewhere else but he said he would try. Then brought her back seconds later to tell me they wouldn't do it & I should take her somewhere else. I never take the time to write bad reviews but I'll make an exception for this guy. He was very dramatic, passive aggressive & unprofessional. The staff was very nice & treated us very respectfully though. Read Less

She did't try to rush me off the phone, and answered my questions very well. She even added helpful hints to help me further my ability to nurse the kittens. My best friend has been coming to this location since she was a child, and will continue to come, so with my experience and with my best frined not wanting to take her dog elsewhere, that gives me more of a reason why I will be bringing the kittens here once they turn 7 weeks old.
