I was at the North ranch animal clinic today, It started out well with blood work being drawn , and surgery estimates, I payed my bill for the blood work and one antibiotic totaling $439.11 seemed a little high, but I'm not and expert. I paid $200.00 cash the rest on my card. When I got home I didn't see the cash part on my card. I called and a male receptionist who works there kept cutting me off and telling me I was angry and he didn't have time for this just come back down, He was a complete jerk, I told him who in the F@@@ do you think your talking to. I drove back down there, and said I want to talk to the Doctor, and he very snidely said "It will be at least two hours" I said I will wait, and five minutes later, he went back and , said come on back and speak with her. She was stitching up a dog and speaking to me at the same time, very odd. I could tell right away she had heard his side, and was not really going to listen to me, after I gave her my account, she said you can go now. I have never given a bad review, but this is the rudest experience I have ever had, that I paid for. I never saw the person who owns the place, and she said after I talk with him he won't want to talk to you, how rude. Dr. Benson and all of his staff are wonderful.  They are caring, compassionate & kind.  Dr. Benson has met me at the office on a Sunday, because my dog needed him at the end of life.  He is a very knowledgeable vet, and takes the time to explain what is going on with my dogs, and offers me options when they are available.  I am so glad to have found such a caring group of people to take my "kids" to.  Kudos also to Mike, who has the most incredible way of calming you down when you call in a panic because something is wrong.  He takes control of the situation, gets you to focus and lets you know it will be alright.  A-mazing, all of them. Dr Benson is one of the most caring, wonderful vets we have ever had. I feel as if he is taking care of my whole family. The office is compassionate and always ready to help me.I now have two dogs with serious illness and I know I can go to him at the drop of a hat.Also he always come to the phone when I ask to speak with him. Dr. Benson and his staff are wonderful! We have been going here for over ten years, and they have always taken such good care of our fur babies. They have appointments every day except Sunday which is really nice if you work Mon-Fri. I would reccomend, and do reccommend North Ranch Animal Hospital to anyone and everyone looking for a good vet in this area. Even when we move out of the area we will still go here. Trust this place! North Ranch animal hospital was recommended to me by a neighbor several years ago. They are the best!  Both Dr. Lewis  and Dr. Benson are excellent. They are caring,  thorough and explain all options. I've had many emergency issues with my dogs over the years and I was always able to get them in within an hour or two. Their prices are reasonable and I love that they are still an independent hospital that doesn't try to up sell me. Their staff is very knowledgable and  caring. When I got a new puppy, the staff encouraged me to bring her in anytime just for treats, a weigh-in and  socialization with the staff. Read Less

We have been taking our dogs to Dr Benson for over ten years. They have had various issues over the years and we have always been very happy with the care Dr Benson and his staff provide. We have always been able to get appointments promptly, even in an emergency, and prices are very reasonable. Dr Benson will not do unnecessary tests or procedures and he always explains everything clearly. He has performed major surgery on two of our dogs in the past with the best possible outcomes for both and I feel so lucky to have such a kind and capable veterinarian for our dogs. Read Less

We have been going to Dr. Sosnow and Dr. Brown for 1.5 years. The staff are friendly and helpful. Both vets are attentive, supportive and given options for treatment. We had many questions about our puppy's food and environmental allergies. The staff and vets were patient and answered all our questions, especially over the phone. Our puppy got sick 5 days before we were getting married. We couldn't take her to PetSmart and the vet's boarding was full so one of the staff members offered to care for her for a few days. So nice!
