Dr. Greenway is such a caring person who happens to be a veterinarian!! I have two Boxers that need their annual visits and an occasional, not feeling so good visits. I called to schedule an appointment for my Mother's cat. At first I thought I called the wrong facility because the girl did not seem interested on knowledgeable at all, I believe her name was Amanda. After explaining to her several times I only wanted a second opinion she became rude and said she could work us in. I feel if we are a potential client that maybe you offer several options on appointments. I did say I would like a time where there are not a lot of dogs in the clinic and she told me maybe a feline only practice would be best. Worst experience at a vets office ever!!! Dr Molina is totally unprofessional and rude. I have a very sick elderly dog that counts on medications for comfort and survival. I had more refills left on my prescriptions (4 on one and 5 on the other) and they pulled the prescriptions to tell me I have to bring my dog in for tests before they refill any more of them. Who does that? I also have to add that I normally get my pet prescriptions filled at Costco and they told me I need to get these prescriptions filled at their office. This is unethical-if I had them filled at Costco the prescriptions would have been filled properly. Tests should be required at renewal not when there are still refills. It is obvious she does not care about the welfare of an animal but revenue generation only. I might also mention that I spoke with another vet in their office the day before and had everything worked out, but Dr. Molina decided to change my dog's records and zeroed out the refills in their computer system. Each of my prescription labels clearly had refills left on them. Changing my dogs medical records is devious. She was one of the rudest people I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. The front desk receptionist is also extremely rude. I do not recommend this vet office and have gone to a new vet that is taking proper care of my dog. And I read the vets response below and to all that read this review I say beware. Dr. Molina does not have your animals' best interest at heart. I'm always so happy with how caring the staff is here. They are are so sweet and caring with my dog. I called because she was having an issue with limping, and although they were busy - they got her in that day. The office is always so clean and bright. We are new to the Chandler area. I got a recommendation from a friend to take my 14yr old Irish terrier to see Dr. Ashley Greenway at Sun Lakes. My dog was having dental and hip issues. The receptionist was polite, responsive and knowledgeable. Everyone working in the office seems to know something about veterinary medicine. From my past experience I can't say that that is true for many vet clinics. Dr. Greenway is sharp. She knows what she's doing and seems to genuinely want to help the animals she treating. I only found this clinic because my Saint Bernard's doctor, Dr. Ashley Greenway, began working there. I don't know what this hospital was like before she got there- but I cannot praise her enough. She is a marvelous doctor. She is brilliant, straight forward, and honest. My Saint Bernard has a slew of oddball heath problems, from entropion and corneal issues to allergies to ear infections; and she has quickly and accurately dealt with them all. She is always super patient with him, even though he is pretty much a complete spazz. The clinic boasts a staff of HIGHLY skilled technicians, who have veterinary experience ranging from emergency medicine to surgery, and are dang near doctors themselves. The clinic is peaceful, cozy and it is easy to feel at home. Please stop by and meet the awesome staff and our favorite veterinarian in the valley!Read Less
