As a new pet owner I trusted this clinic for my new fur baby. Management told me it is not their job to provide me with options. They overcharge on meds for pets by A LOT! I do not recommend. You would think they would be more helpful with new pet owners but think twice before you go there. Who knows what else they are overcharging on and when you bring it to their attention, they will tell you it’s not their job , that you can decline or approve knowing you are trusting them with your fur babies. Highly unsatisfied. They prolonged her ear infection knowing I talked about my concern for multiple visits but they want to get the most money out of you. My pet had been in pain for longer than she should of and when they finally addressed my concern, they over changed a medication over 50%. But it’s not their job to give you options for your pet, knowing my complaint they did NOT provide me with a solution

They are probably a little higher on pricing than a shot clinic but don't see an issue or care because the place is worth every penny. The staff and Drs are so sweet, we will be taking our dog(s) here until we move, have no pet, or they kick us out. Highly recommend!

We have been coming here for 5 years and have always been impressed with the level of dedication here. The staff is always polite and helpful and the clinic itself is very nice. There was one instance where our dog wouldn't eat or drink anything and had trouble getting off the floor. We called the clinic to schedule an appointment and they told us to come in right away. The doctor found the problem right away (our dog ate something she shouldn't have) and stayed late into the evening to perform emergency surgery. This clinic saved my dog's life and for that I will always be greatful and a loyal customer.

We had our first visit here last week with Dr Greenway and it was everything I was looking for in a vet. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. We were seen right away and she was thorough and answered all my questions. They are very reasonably priced and don't try to sell you unnecessary products or tests. I am super happy with this place and, actually, look forward to future visits.

My fiancee and I are new to the Ocotillo area and were in need of a vet to fix our dog's teeth. Several of our neighbors recommended Dr Greenway. We were blown away with the level of service. Our dog received the surgery (cleaning a few teeth pulled) and the entire staff was amazing. We are very lucky to have found such a wonderful vet clinic so close to home.

I called to schedule an appointment for my Mother's cat. At first I thought I called the wrong facility because the girl did not seem interested on knowledgeable at all, I believe her name was Amanda....
I called to schedule an appointment for my Mother's cat. At first I thought I called the wrong facility because the girl did not seem interested on knowledgeable at all, I believe her name was Amanda. After explaining to her several times I only wanted a second opinion she became rude and said she could work us in. I feel if we are a potential client that maybe you offer several options on appointments. I did say I would like a time where there are not a lot of dogs in the clinic and she told me maybe a feline only practice would be best. I decided to call another area clinic where I was very happy with the care, Dr. and the staff.

Worst experience at a vets office ever!!! Dr Molina is totally unprofessional and rude. I have a very sick elderly dog that counts on medications for comfort and survival. I had more refills left on ...
Worst experience at a vets office ever!!! Dr Molina is totally unprofessional and rude. I have a very sick elderly dog that counts on medications for comfort and survival. I had more refills left on my prescriptions (4 on one and 5 on the other) and they pulled the prescriptions to tell me I have to bring my dog in for tests before they refill any more of them. Who does that? I also have to add that I normally get my pet prescriptions filled at Costco and they told me I need to get these prescriptions filled at their office. This is unethical-if I had them filled at Costco the prescriptions would have been filled properly. Tests should be required at renewal not when there are still refills. It is obvious she does not care about the welfare of an animal but revenue generation only. I might also mention that I spoke with another vet in their office the day before and had everything worked out, but Dr. Molina decided to change my dog's records and zeroed out the refills in their computer system. Each of my prescription labels clearly had refills left on them. Changing my dogs medical records is devious. She was one of the rudest people I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. The front desk receptionist is also extremely rude. I do not recommend this vet office and have gone to a new vet that is taking proper care of my dog. And I read the vets response below and to all that read this review I say beware. Dr. Molina does not have your animals' best interest at heart. Their answer to my experience is deceptive and I would never even allow her to ever touch my dog again.

We are new to the Chandler area. I got a recommendation from a friend to take my 14yr old Irish terrier to see Dr. Ashley Greenway at Sun Lakes. My dog was having dental and hip issues. The receptionist was polite, responsive and knowledgeable. Everyone working in the office seems to know something about veterinary medicine. From my past experience I can't say that that is true for many vet clinics. Dr. Greenway is sharp. She knows what she's doing and seems to genuinely want to help the animals she treating. My dog, family and I highly recommend this clinic

I only found this clinic because my Saint Bernard's doctor, Dr. Ashley Greenway, began working there. I don't know what this hospital was like before she got there- but I cannot praise her enough. She is a marvelous doctor. She is brilliant, straight forward, and honest. My Saint Bernard has a slew of oddball heath problems, from entropion and corneal issues to allergies to ear infections; and she has quickly and accurately dealt with them all. She is always super patient with him, even though he is pretty much a complete spazz.
The clinic boasts a staff of HIGHLY skilled technicians, who have veterinary experience ranging from emergency medicine to surgery, and are dang near doctors themselves.
The clinic is peaceful, cozy and it is easy to feel at home. Please stop by and meet the awesome staff and our favorite veterinarian in the valley!

Best in the area! I have been to many veterinary clinics in the area only to be disappointed. The others seem to be only interested in you wallet. That's not the case here, just good Doc's!

The receptionist was polite, responsive and knowledgeable. Everyone working in the office seems to know something about veterinary medicine. From my past experience I can't say that that is true for many vet clinics. Dr. Greenway is sharp. She knows what she's doing and seems to genuinely want to help the animals she treating. My dog, family and I highly recommend this clinic

Lovely Vets, staff helpful. My dog, cat, are well taken care of there. I appreciate cards in mail when a visit is due! Fit me right in with an emergency with my dog!

I only found this clinic because my Saint Bernard's doctor, Dr. Ashley Greenway, began working there. I don't know what this hospital was like before she got there- but I cannot praise her enough. She is a marvelous doctor. She is brilliant, straight forward, and honest. My Saint Bernard has a slew of oddball heath problems, from entropion and corneal issues to allergies to ear infections; and she has quickly and accurately dealt with them all. She is always super patient with him, even though he is pretty much a complete spazz.
The clinic boasts a staff of HIGHLY skilled technicians, who have veterinary experience ranging from emergency medicine to surgery, and are dang near doctors themselves.
The clinic is peaceful, cozy and it is easy to feel at home. Please stop by and meet the awesome staff and our favorite veterinarian in the valley!

The new vet tells me if I had to spend 600+ dollars and go to the vet that many times and still havent had a proper urine culture done to find the appropriate antibiotic treatment plan, then the old vet is a joke and a fraud... seems to be the case

Best in the area! I have been to many veterinary clinics in the area only to be disappointed. The others seem to be only interested in you wallet. That's not the case here, just good Doc's!
