On this visit my dog had an ear infection. This is what's wrong with my visit. Office staff is kind and helpful. My issue is with the Dr. That saw her. First she had no clue that my dogs records were ...
On this visit my dog had an ear infection. This is what's wrong with my visit. Office staff is kind and helpful. My issue is with the Dr. That saw her. First she had no clue that my dogs records were there as her staff requested. I actually had to suggest that she look at her computer in front of her to see the records. Second is that apon exam she was not able (by admission) to complete the exam as she would like. (Of course I was charged) But the real kicker was when she came back with my dog, she said she was not able to treat one ear and was "reasonably sure" she was able to "partially" treat the infected ear. But I tell you they had no problem charging me a hundred or so bucks to tell me she was unable to treat her ear and I should try at home. Seems if you are going to charge me to treat her it should be a complete treatment.

Happy to report that she is now 6 months old and and dining great. Very affordable prices and are willing to work out payment arrangements. I have nothing but nice things to say about this place.

I went to another vets place who did all they could and finally found out he had cancer and the veterinarian called me every day to check on my dog dog

VCA El Mirage Hospital is the BEST and I would highly recommend them. We had an incident which included my toddler, a door and the tip of my cat's tail. I called around our area to see who can help us...
VCA El Mirage Hospital is the BEST and I would highly recommend them. We had an incident which included my toddler, a door and the tip of my cat's tail. I called around our area to see who can help us and found this facility! We've already seen another vet and was to charge us over almost $1000 for them to partially amputate my cat's tail. Don't get me wrong, I would've gladly paid that price but it would be much nicer to pay less. VCA El Mirage Hospital saw our cat and was relieved to learn about the price they're going to charge us. My cat had her surgery and they even called us before and after they did it, making sure we know what's going on with everything and how our cat was. My husband picked Luna(Cat) up after the surgery and paid, only to learn we even paid less from what they quoted us. My cat is healing good as of today. A shoutout to all the VCA El Mirage Hospital staff, to the technicians, assistants, nurses, to Brenda who helped us get in as soon as possible, to Dr. Owen and Dr. Waltman for taking good care of our Luna. Thank you soo much!!!

Awesome staff, and veterinarians. They are all very professional and caring. They always call to see how our dogs are doing, and follow up after treatments and check ups. Dr Waltman is the best, and his staff is always friendly and attentive. We have been taking our dogs here for last 10 years or so, and couldn't be happier with the care they are given.

I called around our area to see who can help us and found this facility! We've already seen another vet and was to charge us over almost $1000 for them to partially amputate my cat's tail. Don't get me wrong, I would've gladly paid that price but it would be much nicer to pay less. VCA El Mirage Hospital saw our cat and was relieved to learn about the price they're going to charge us. Awesome staff, and veterinarians. They are all very professional and caring. They always call to see how our dogs are doing, and follow up after treatments and check ups. Dr Waltman is the best, and his staff is always friendly and attentive. We have been taking our dogs here for last 10 years or so, and couldn't be happier with the care they are given.
