I put my cat through the trouble of not eating and drinking overnight, had to wake up extremely early, got my cat all riled up, and had to be at the office at 6:30 am for no reason. I called a couple months ago, and I was told they would NOT spay any dogs over 30 pounds or so. Today i called, and all of a sudden they do! What dedication to controlling the population!! I was told pain meds AND an e-collar are mandatory, even though I've had countless dogs spayed and NONE have needed pain meds or an e-collar. So, MONEY, not genuine concern is the motivation here. I am a Registered Nurse, and patients that are groggy and resting comfortably, ABSOLUTELY would not require pain meds. In fact, pain meds, could initiate a host of potential problems. But remember, these are mandatory and cost extra. I have never had a pet once need an e-collar either. Needless to say, I chose to take my business elsewhere to a clinic that is not fueled by profit, rather by genuine concern and regard for my beloved pet.

They offer daily low cost vet vaccines until 9am. At vet's office teeth cleaning would be $700 to $900. My quote here was $150 to $250. Additionally, they called me the next morning just to check up and see how my puppy was doing.

I was a bit apprehensive about going here at first as it is located in a strip mall and looks a bit questionable from the outside - but the old adage "Don't judge a book by its cover" holds true for this little gem. It is a simple establishment, but they have outstanding staff - and that to me is priceless. Even for the walk-in hours for vaccines etc the wait time is not too long. Kelly (I believe that is her name at the front desk) is extremely kind, bubbly and handles the mass amount of people/pets/emotions with ease. I think most would be overwhelmed in her position - so shout out to her for doing such a wonderful job! All of my interactions with staff have been pleasant. I have seen two different veterinarians on three separate occasions - both were careful with my pet, thorough and knowledgeable. The best part about this clinic (besides the staff and level of care of course) is that it is budget friendly. I will be back with my pet, Zazu, often for any additional services that I may need for her. Great to have this place in our community.

Appointments are required for spay and neuter. The check-in process is super fast and easy. Check-in starts at 630. You come in and fill out the forms and wait in the lobby for the vet tech to take you in the back. I waited maybe 10 minutes max, which I appreciated since I had to get to school after. I like that in the back they go over the forms you filled out about what you want done so that they don't miss anything. I took my new puppy that we rescued in. I needed her to get spayed, all her initial shots, stubborn puppy teeth (2 of them) pulled, pain meds, and her nails trimmed. I was surprised to find out the price of the surgery didn't include a cone. This all came out to $194. The puppy teeth were $25 each. My last vet always expressed all my dogs' glands while they were there and under for a procedure for free. They charge for that here so I had to go without. I think I spent more than I wanted to but it was cheaper then going elsewhere, so I guess I can't complain. The pain meds were super easy to give to my puppy. They give u a needleless syringe with flavored liquid meds. The surgery site looked good and the stitches were internal so you don't have to come back to get them removed. Her incision looks like a Z so that cracked me up because no joke it looks like a Harry Potter scar on her tummy. The staff was really nice, friendly, and helpful. The waiting area was clean and tidy.

I took my kitten here who was 7 almost 8 months last year and just now found the Facebook page to write a review. First I was told over the phone if we got to the clinic when it first opened we wouldn't wait long- wrong we waited 2 hours to be seen. Once we finally got seen they kept telling me I was going to have to pay extra because they felt babies in my cats stomach- I told them many times it wasn't possible since I've had her since she was 8 weeks old and has never been outside or in contact with a male cat. When I finally was able to pick her up they kept trying to pressure me into buying a cone at that very moment. My cat has been to her vet many times after getting spayed, I regret taking her to a clinic especially after the customer service issues I had.

This place was great! We just picked up our puppy and she looked just as good as when we dropped her off this morning. Initially, we were hesitant because we've been going to our nearby vet for everything, but after stopping by for an initial visit we knew they would take care of our pup.
The vet techs were very informative, friendly and answered all the questions we had. It was also much cheaper than our regular vet prices. We were quoted $400 by our vet and here it only cost around $100 total with meds combined.
I would highly recommend this place as they specialize in doing this every day. This is why the prices are much cheaper because they don't have to cover the cost of other operations/medications that regular veterinary places offer.

They are wonderful! I was nervous to bring my cat in to get neutered just because there's always a small small risk of a complication, but they were amazing. There was a bit of a wait but they got through it efficiently and when it was my turn I was not rushed out and they answered all of my questions before I left. They were done hours before expected which was awesome and made sure I knew how to care for him after. Also, I got his vaccines, neuter, and a nail trim for a fraction of what just one neutering procedure would be elsewhere. Additionally, they called me this morning just to check up and see how my lil fur baby was doing, which was so sweet and further affirmed that they all really do care for each and every animal that's brought into them.

My husband had to do the waiting for the spay dropoff and return for boosters, but I can say that i was so happy with results. Two years ago we thought the deal at PetSmart that included spay would be good. We spent hundreds of dollars extra at the emergency vet when her incision reopened. So much suffering. That cat is still afraid of anything that sniffs of going to the vet. This year our new kitten recovered so quickly, like nothing happened! She didn't mind going back for her boosters.

Took the pup back for a follow up (older dogs don't do so well with surgery) and they remembered who he was and they cared. At this point, Curby still didn't like riding in the truck or going places (I can only imagine his former home, ugh) but when we pulled up for the follow up he bounded out of the truck and just about dragged me to the door. A dog wanting to go to the vets is new to me. I'm pretty sure Curby gives them 5 stars too.

The staff at this clinic is wonderful. They offer very low cost services and take excellent care of our fur babies. I had my pug's teeth cleaned today at a very low cost. The wonderful veterinarian also cleaned out an infected ear and did not charge for it. They truly care about our pets. As for the person (Lw.) who wrote about the Animal Control (saying it was out of spite). That's ridiculous! I received the same notice from Animal Control a few years back (it's simply procedure) and I didn't blame anyone but myself for not being up to date on it. I highly recommend this office for anyone looking for an affordable, trustworthy place to care for their pet's annual vaccine and dental needs.

They did great on the surgery, he had no problems at all. The receptionist is horrible though. She is EXTREMELY rude, and skips over people. When I went to go pick up my baby, she practicaly just threw him at me, (which btw someone had thrown a pee covered rag in there, which was not his because he had his towel in there and did NOT smell even slightly of pee.) So just be aware that its a clinic, not a vet office when you are going in. The Chandler location is much better though.

I actually live closer to the Spay Neuter Clinic in Gilbert but since this one had many more favorable reviews I decided to choose this one. I took my 5 year old very healthy dog in on Monday to get her spayed and on first impression I had no concerns: the facility was clean and the staff seemed friendly. She was in and out that day and she seemed to be recovering fine but a few days later she took a turn for the worse and has now been unwilling to move, unwilling to eat or drink, and her abdomen is really swollen. I called the clinic to ask them what I should do and if I should be concerned and the lady who answered the phone told me in a very rude and condescending tone "well, I would be concerned if it was my dog." like I was stupid for asking such a question. I asked if I could bring her in so the vet could take a look at her and she told me that "there's nothing they can do for her." and told me to see a full veterinary facility instead. I'm beyond frustrated and concerned for my dog. When I made an appointment at my local vet the receptionist told me that she had just received a phone call from someone else who had their dog neutered the same day at the same clinic and was also having complications. Long story short - STAY AWAY! If my dog doesn't recover I'm going to be furious.

As a TNR person (ferals) & client with my own cats - this place is hands down the best for shots, spay/neuter & teeth cleaning for pricing. I have been going for many years. I had to go to a regular vet recently for my own cat (SNC is limited) and an abscess fix up cost $334. That is ridiculous IMO. You may need to be patient for walk-in shot appointments on some days. The staff is always friendly as well as the vet(s).

I had a very good experience at a great price with neuter and micro chip for my doggie. Accurate surgery with tiny incisions. Staff delightful and spacious clinic. I love that after surgery, animals recovery area is in the same room the staff is in..so they can see and hear the animals at all times. You also go back with your pet and see the area and staff which I felt secure leaving my precious doggie there even though I worried all day at work. I called to check on him during the day and they went to check him and also emailed me when he was done. I had a cat die few years ago during surgery elsewhere so I know the value of having the recovery area in full view. I was also able to pick up at 530pm after work and drop off at 630 am, which made it possible and efficient for me. Thank you everyone for such a wonderful experience for Giorgio.

This place is HORRIBLE! I took my German Shepherd to be neutered and they did a hack job on him. He bled to death internally, due to the fact that the stiches that were supposed to be there were NOT. PLEASE do not take your animal here if you care about them at all. The place itself looked like it was something slapped together out of odds and ends, not professional at all, guess this should have been a red flag to me but all I saw was a cheaper price than my own vet. Now I wound up paying about 6 times what it would have cost me at my own vet due to the ER visits and second surgery by my own vet after the fact to fix the botched job by these people. And of course they accept no responsibility. We went to talk to them after the fact, and of course they were all nice and understanding, assuring us we would be reimbursed and they were so sorry.,Then as soon as their insurance denies it (based on some lame excuse of they can't rule out a blood clotting disorder, which we know for a fact he didn't have since it is hereditary and his parents did not have it) they turn completely rude and uncaring. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.

I called a couple months ago, and I was told they would NOT spay any dogs over 30 pounds or so. Today i called, and all of a sudden they do! What dedication to controlling the population!! I was told pain meds AND an e-collar are mandatory, even though I've had countless dogs spayed and NONE have needed pain meds or an e-collar. So, MONEY, not genuine concern is the motivation here. I am a Registered Nurse, and patients that are groggy and resting comfortably, ABSOLUTELY would not require pain meds. In fact, pain meds, could initiate a host of potential problems. But remember, these are mandatory and cost extra. I have never had a pet once need an e-collar either. Needless to say, I chose to take my business elsewhere to a clinic that is not fueled by profit, rather by genuine concern and regard for my beloved pet.

They offer daily low cost vet vaccines until 9am. At vet's office teeth cleaning would be $700 to $900. My quote here was $150 to $250. Additionally, they called me the next morning just to check up and see how my puppy was doing.

I was a bit apprehensive about going here at first as it is located in a strip mall and looks a bit questionable from the outside - but the old adage "Don't judge a book by its cover" holds true for this little gem. It is a simple establishment, but they have outstanding staff - and that to me is priceless. Even for the walk-in hours for vaccines etc the wait time is not too long. Kelly (I believe that is her name at the front desk) is extremely kind, bubbly and handles the mass amount of people/pets/emotions with ease. I think most would be overwhelmed in her position - so shout out to her for doing such a wonderful job! All of my interactions with staff have been pleasant. I have seen two different veterinarians on three separate occasions - both were careful with my pet, thorough and knowledgeable. The best part about this clinic (besides the staff and level of care of course) is that it is budget friendly. I will be back with my pet, Zazu, often for any additional services that I may need for her. Great to have this place in our community.

Appointments are required for spay and neuter. The check-in process is super fast and easy. Check-in starts at 630. You come in and fill out the forms and wait in the lobby for the vet tech to take you in the back. I waited maybe 10 minutes max, which I appreciated since I had to get to school after. I like that in the back they go over the forms you filled out about what you want done so that they don't miss anything. I took my new puppy that we rescued in. I needed her to get spayed, all her initial shots, stubborn puppy teeth (2 of them) pulled, pain meds, and her nails trimmed. I was surprised to find out the price of the surgery didn't include a cone. This all came out to $194. The puppy teeth were $25 each. My last vet always expressed all my dogs' glands while they were there and under for a procedure for free. They charge for that here so I had to go without. I think I spent more than I wanted to but it was cheaper then going elsewhere, so I guess I can't complain. The pain meds were super easy to give to my puppy. They give u a needleless syringe with flavored liquid meds. The surgery site looked good and the stitches were internal so you don't have to come back to get them removed. Her incision looks like a Z so that cracked me up because no joke it looks like a Harry Potter scar on her tummy. The staff was really nice, friendly, and helpful. The waiting area was clean and tidy.

I took my kitten here who was 7 almost 8 months last year and just now found the Facebook page to write a review. First I was told over the phone if we got to the clinic when it first opened we wouldn't wait long- wrong we waited 2 hours to be seen. Once we finally got seen they kept telling me I was going to have to pay extra because they felt babies in my cats stomach- I told them many times it wasn't possible since I've had her since she was 8 weeks old and has never been outside or in contact with a male cat. When I finally was able to pick her up they kept trying to pressure me into buying a cone at that very moment. My cat has been to her vet many times after getting spayed, I regret taking her to a clinic especially after the customer service issues I had.

This place was great! We just picked up our puppy and she looked just as good as when we dropped her off this morning. Initially, we were hesitant because we've been going to our nearby vet for everything, but after stopping by for an initial visit we knew they would take care of our pup.
The vet techs were very informative, friendly and answered all the questions we had. It was also much cheaper than our regular vet prices. We were quoted $400 by our vet and here it only cost around $100 total with meds combined.
I would highly recommend this place as they specialize in doing this every day. This is why the prices are much cheaper because they don't have to cover the cost of other operations/medications that regular veterinary places offer.

They are wonderful! I was nervous to bring my cat in to get neutered just because there's always a small small risk of a complication, but they were amazing. There was a bit of a wait but they got through it efficiently and when it was my turn I was not rushed out and they answered all of my questions before I left. They were done hours before expected which was awesome and made sure I knew how to care for him after. Also, I got his vaccines, neuter, and a nail trim for a fraction of what just one neutering procedure would be elsewhere. Additionally, they called me this morning just to check up and see how my lil fur baby was doing, which was so sweet and further affirmed that they all really do care for each and every animal that's brought into them.

My husband had to do the waiting for the spay dropoff and return for boosters, but I can say that i was so happy with results. Two years ago we thought the deal at PetSmart that included spay would be good. We spent hundreds of dollars extra at the emergency vet when her incision reopened. So much suffering. That cat is still afraid of anything that sniffs of going to the vet. This year our new kitten recovered so quickly, like nothing happened! She didn't mind going back for her boosters.

Took the pup back for a follow up (older dogs don't do so well with surgery) and they remembered who he was and they cared. At this point, Curby still didn't like riding in the truck or going places (I can only imagine his former home, ugh) but when we pulled up for the follow up he bounded out of the truck and just about dragged me to the door. A dog wanting to go to the vets is new to me. I'm pretty sure Curby gives them 5 stars too.

The staff at this clinic is wonderful. They offer very low cost services and take excellent care of our fur babies. I had my pug's teeth cleaned today at a very low cost. The wonderful veterinarian also cleaned out an infected ear and did not charge for it. They truly care about our pets. As for the person (Lw.) who wrote about the Animal Control (saying it was out of spite). That's ridiculous! I received the same notice from Animal Control a few years back (it's simply procedure) and I didn't blame anyone but myself for not being up to date on it. I highly recommend this office for anyone looking for an affordable, trustworthy place to care for their pet's annual vaccine and dental needs.

They did great on the surgery, he had no problems at all. The receptionist is horrible though. She is EXTREMELY rude, and skips over people. When I went to go pick up my baby, she practicaly just threw him at me, (which btw someone had thrown a pee covered rag in there, which was not his because he had his towel in there and did NOT smell even slightly of pee.) So just be aware that its a clinic, not a vet office when you are going in. The Chandler location is much better though.

I actually live closer to the Spay Neuter Clinic in Gilbert but since this one had many more favorable reviews I decided to choose this one. I took my 5 year old very healthy dog in on Monday to get her spayed and on first impression I had no concerns: the facility was clean and the staff seemed friendly. She was in and out that day and she seemed to be recovering fine but a few days later she took a turn for the worse and has now been unwilling to move, unwilling to eat or drink, and her abdomen is really swollen. I called the clinic to ask them what I should do and if I should be concerned and the lady who answered the phone told me in a very rude and condescending tone "well, I would be concerned if it was my dog." like I was stupid for asking such a question. I asked if I could bring her in so the vet could take a look at her and she told me that "there's nothing they can do for her." and told me to see a full veterinary facility instead. I'm beyond frustrated and concerned for my dog. When I made an appointment at my local vet the receptionist told me that she had just received a phone call from someone else who had their dog neutered the same day at the same clinic and was also having complications. Long story short - STAY AWAY! If my dog doesn't recover I'm going to be furious.

As a TNR person (ferals) & client with my own cats - this place is hands down the best for shots, spay/neuter & teeth cleaning for pricing. I have been going for many years. I had to go to a regular vet recently for my own cat (SNC is limited) and an abscess fix up cost $334. That is ridiculous IMO. You may need to be patient for walk-in shot appointments on some days. The staff is always friendly as well as the vet(s).

I had a very good experience at a great price with neuter and micro chip for my doggie. Accurate surgery with tiny incisions. Staff delightful and spacious clinic. I love that after surgery, animals recovery area is in the same room the staff is in..so they can see and hear the animals at all times. You also go back with your pet and see the area and staff which I felt secure leaving my precious doggie there even though I worried all day at work. I called to check on him during the day and they went to check him and also emailed me when he was done. I had a cat die few years ago during surgery elsewhere so I know the value of having the recovery area in full view. I was also able to pick up at 530pm after work and drop off at 630 am, which made it possible and efficient for me. Thank you everyone for such a wonderful experience for Giorgio.

Man at front desk was more concerned with his personal phone call than helping me and my boyfriend with our two puppies. Everytime we turned away he returned to the phone and was having some kind of obnoxious gossipy conversation. He was blunt with us and rude. Other than that everything went great.

This place is HORRIBLE! I took my German Shepherd to be neutered and they did a hack job on him. He bled to death internally, due to the fact that the stiches that were supposed to be there were NOT. PLEASE do not take your animal here if you care about them at all. The place itself looked like it was something slapped together out of odds and ends, not professional at all, guess this should have been a red flag to me but all I saw was a cheaper price than my own vet. Now I wound up paying about 6 times what it would have cost me at my own vet due to the ER visits and second surgery by my own vet after the fact to fix the botched job by these people. And of course they accept no responsibility. We went to talk to them after the fact, and of course they were all nice and understanding, assuring us we would be reimbursed and they were so sorry.,Then as soon as their insurance denies it (based on some lame excuse of they can't rule out a blood clotting disorder, which we know for a fact he didn't have since it is hereditary and his parents did not have it) they turn completely rude and uncaring. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.
