I have not technically been here (yet) - however the staff has been great! Daniel has been who I have interacted with most, along with Iris who both have been great.
The manager Johnathan has been exceptional. He dealt with me in the middle of my frustration (sorry Johnathan), and was amazing! Not only were his customer service skills great, I can tell just from our phone calls that he has a genuine, kind heart and this is wonderful knowing he will be looking after my baby since adopting.
I look forward to continuing working with such wonderful people.

Very very disappointed. Took my cat in for a shot...one she gets every 8 to 12 weeks. When the appointment was made it was an appointment for this specific shot...not an annual exam, not an annual rabies shot...but this specific shot. Load up cat (very traumatic), drive to vet, and once there...after they sent me two reminders for this appointment... they tell me they do not have the shot materials!!!! Are you kidding me?????

Then after asking for my dogs records, I did not receive them for 4 hours and saw that they falsified the records to save themselves. I had a terrrible experience that I am still facing today and I do not want anyone else to go through the same thing. They only want to do easy services like grooming.

We visited this vet for one simple reason. We adopted 2 litter brother kittens from the human society in Phoenix near South Mountain and the visit to this vet was free with the adoption. Its been a couple years now and we have been coming back for all our cats, not just the 2 newest. The vet is SO nice to our animals, its amazing. They even have onsite grooming. The prices are cheaper than pet store vets and they donate their time to help the human society. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I heard about VCA when I adopted my dog from the Humane Society. I was slightly skeptical, but had already been to many terrible vets and thought trying them wouldn't hurt.
I've been taking my dogs here ever since! They are compassionate, knowledgeable, and try to work with me on my budget.
I recommend Dr. Loeschen to any dog owner because he has never failed my dogs no matter what the diagnosis has been and he digs deep to find answers to get your family member healthy again.
