Place is very clean compared to the one on the south side. It was very busy that Saturday we decided to take our cat for vaccination, but the staff were efficient. What I've noticed was the vet techs are very organized and communicate we'll to each other and their customers; they'll give each customer a heads up that they're next to be seen! We'll definitely come back here again!

This is a very small and busy place for all the beloved Fur Babies
We took 2 of our pets last month and we are doing a 2nd follow up of vaccinations today - Saturday 3-31-18.
The staff are very professional, fast, and caring. That's my opinion. My pets have another opinion. LoL
The lobby is very small and the clients and their Mom, Dad, or Both spill out into the cramped parking lot. However, the staff do come out and call.out for you.
If you or your pet(s) are sensitive to heat, noise, and/or crowd there is a small courtyard for a few to sit and they even profuse a clean source of water.
The prices for shots and nails clipped are $12 each. If your pet is going there to have his or her nails clipped they have to be up to date on their Rabies shots.
Overall it's a great little clinic for your pet.

What a waste of time! I called the clinic before leaving and asked if I could get my cat a feline leukemia vaccine this afternoon. I was told sure, just bring him in. It is about 25 min ride to this "clinic" for me. When I got there it was standing room only with people milling around outside with their pets. The girl, I think her name is Janice, was the same one I spoke to on the phone. She asked me if I have a cat carrier and I said I don't, the one I use to transport is a dog carrier that takes up my back seat. I usually take my cat to the vet with a harness and leash, never had a problem. Janice took me to the bathroom and told me to put my large cat in a very small carrier. He would not have been able to stand or even lay down in this carrier. I asked her how long it would be and she advised at least an hour wait. Why couldn't she tell me this on the phone. This was 70 minutes before closing and she was being very optimistic because it was very crowded. I had called no more than 45 minutes earlier and asked, but was told nothing about needing a cat carrier or a minimum one hour wait time with only 2 hours left in the day. I am not putting my cat in an unknown, probably diseased, shoebox sized "carrier" for over an hour. I see no need to torture my cat, none of the dogs were in carriers. I should have been warned when I called. Their website should have a warning!
That is unsatisfactory (expletive deleted)!
This place needs appts, as they do for spaying/neutering. As I look now at the Google street view photo, there is a crowd of people waiting outside the entrance. I should have known better. This was a really crappy experience that I will not repeat.

My daughter and I took 2 of our pets: Gizmo 8 yr Chihuahua/Yorkshire mix shots, nails and 1.8(mo.) Binx short hair male Cat for for shots on a Saturday. We arrived early and I'm glad we did the place was spilling out into the parking lot with animals and their owners - the lobby at this site was extremely small and very loud. The employees were amazing - polite and great with every one - some of the pets didn't think so once they got their shots. I do recommend on taking your fur babies there. But if you're sensitive to space or noise then be prepared to wait outside.

First of all it's close to where I live and I just bought a little Yorkie which was 10 weeks old when I purchased him. It's a very clean facility, the receptionist was very friendly and thorough, the veterinarian was very professional very knowledgeable of course and my little Yorkie really enjoyed his visit. He had to get a chip put in plus about three to four different shots but he was doing very good and was very energetic and I would honestly say my little Yorkie enjoy himself.

Wonderful experience! They were very sweet to my dog. The waiting room didn't have the "vet smell" that most places have. We didn't have to wait long before we were seen and the vaccines my dog received were extremely reasonably priced. After the vaccines, my dog was given treats and she felt much better about the whole thing. Definitely will be bringing her here for all of our future vaccinations.

The doctor is great with all the pets and she even recommends you home remedies to help your pet get better or overall health. Is always pretty busy but they move fast.

I went about two weeks ago and took 5 puppies. The waiting time was not bad and the ladies at the front counter were super nice. Just filled out paper work and 10 min later they called us back. Shellie a tech and veterinarian Jenee McWaters were very nice and efficient and very kind to the puppies. I will be coming back for their follow up shots and also very pleased with the cost. This office has changed location but takes no repsonsibility for updating their business online. This is the location on 1st street that is here advertised online that I had been to many times with my pets. When I showed up to a recent appointment, I was told that they switched the offices, that the one on 1st was not the clinic anymore and now the one on Craycroft was now the clinic. I had to drive all the way across town and when I got there, the manger was very rude and states they it was my responsibility to know they switched their offices across town, then had the audacity to make me wait an hour to be "fit in"!!. How is it my responsibility when it is not a business I own. Since the manager clearly does not care about having customers and MY valuable time wasted by THEIR mistakes, I will not be back to either office location....ever!

I paid 72 at ABC, got free wellness checks, didn't have to make an appointment, and was in & out within 30 minutes. The ladies were so nice and gave my kids lots of attention and cookies. The Doctor was very efficient and he was very good with the pups. I highly recommend this clinic when it comes time to vaccinate!

I was done in about an hour even though several people were ahead of me. The staff was very caring and gentle with our two puppies. Plus, I paid an amount I would've had to pay for one dog at some other pet clinic for two puppies. Maybe even less.

Run, dont walk, run from here. I went here for a leg X-ray for my limping dog because it was the most affordable and I wanted it ASAP.Firstly, the whole place reeked of urine. The pungent stench practically burned my nose hairs walking back to the exam room. Creeped out from the start I wondered how clean this place is. The technician had zero personality, curt even, as if dealing with dogs were just a necessary task to be dealt with. The vet, on the other hand was so goofy and awkward it was hard to develop confidence.I said I have an appt with her regular vet in 10 days and just wanted an xray, that's all. Well, there was no way around their "exam fee" which I guess is understandable if they did more than a 2 minute check. I said if you must charge me for an exam then please give her a thorough exam. So the curt tech gets the office manager to come in and chew me out for questioning the quality of his exam. Oh well, on to the X-ray. It was THE MOST RIDICULOUS excuse for an x-ray you could possibly imagine. Their machine (or the operator) is so bad that the leg looked like multiple slices of x-rays all pieced together crookedly! As if my dog's leg was broken jaggedly many times.I have since showed it to two vets, her regular vet and her new integrated med doc. Both were disturbed by the quality (or lack thereof) of the x-ray having to closely study it for some time to ascertain what it actually reveals.The entire experience was malpractice in my opinion.

Not everyone can plan the shots, or any other awesome service they offer for their pets around a single sat, or a wed between this time and that, where literally you end up having to wait in.an endless line, that takes 5 ever, which is longer than forever!! Lol so because they offer shots almost everyday, the place is fast affordable, in fact, cheapest I've ever seen, nice employees, wonderful Dr's. All in all,,I refuse to go anywhere else!!!! Keep up the amazing work you all do!!!! Thank you also from Marshall, Mia, and of course Mochi Glorioso!!! We will be seeing you soon!!

I've been to many vets in Tucson and all are wonderful. I found ABC Low Cost Pet Care after rescuing a wounded cat from the streets. I made an appt, but could not catch the cat. One day, he walked in the travel container I was feeding him in, so I closed the door and called ABC, they said bring him in. Turned out he wasn't feral, but a true Lover, just homeless and wounded. I made a list of things to do and asked them the cost and to add anything else that needed to be done to a cat. I also asked if he could be cleaned up as i was severely allergic. They did a wonderful job and said I needed to medicate him and bring him back in two weeks, I gulped, but all went well! They took good care of Midnight. So I took my Service dog for her next set of shots and teeth cleaning and all went well. Prices are inexpensive so you can't expect to sit and talk with them, they just do their work, they aren't getting paid to converse about your pet with you. If you want special treatment for your pet, go to a high paying Vet who will stand there and talk a few minutes with you about your pet and charge accordingly.

I'm new to town and just took my two dogs to ABC for their Rabies vaccinations. I was in luck with virtually no wait time! The price is great and all of the staff were very friendly, loving on my pups, and treating them warmly. It always does a momma's heart good. I would highly recommend them - at least for vaccinations!!

This was my second visit to this particular ABC. This time i had two young cats that needed rabies (3 year) and FVRCPC shots. This clinic is always busy, no appointment needed but that can mean a little wait sometimes. Today we were greeted immediately, both cats were taken to the 'back' so they would not be stressed by all the dogs, I was ushered into a beautifully cool room to complete my paperwork. We were seen promptly by a very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful vet and her tech. Both cats were weighed, examined and given their shots all for a quarter of the price I would have paid at my local vets office. I am delighted with the service and the care at this clinic, thoroughly recommend it. The Craycroft and 22nd street clinic is also very good. I had one of my cats spayed there and the care she received was fabulous. Everything you would hope for and expect from a veterinary office at a fraction of the cost. I took one of my geriatric cats in last week, he had an exam, a full blood work up and urinalysis, the news was not fabulous but was delivered efficiently and again at a fraction of the cost my local vet would have charged.This is great for 'pet parents' in Tucson, no excuse to not spay or neuter, plus all the necessary shots for their good health are affordable. Thank you ABC.

First of all it's close to where I live and I just bought a little Yorkie which was 10 weeks old when I purchased him. It's a very clean facility, the receptionist was very friendly and thorough, the veterinarian was very professional very knowledgeable of course and my little Yorkie really enjoyed his visit. He had to get a chip put in plus about three to four different shots but he was doing very good and was very energetic and I would honestly say my little Yorkie enjoy himself.

Wonderful experience! They were very sweet to my dog. The waiting room didn't have the "vet smell" that most places have. We didn't have to wait long before we were seen and the vaccines my dog received were extremely reasonably priced. After the vaccines, my dog was given treats and she felt much better about the whole thing. Definitely will be bringing her here for all of our future vaccinations.

They are open before their scheduled hours and they will take anybody in till the last last minute and stay open late while they help you out. The doctor is great with all the pets and she even recommends you home remedies to help your pet get better or overall health. Is always pretty busy but they move fast.

The doctor loved all 4 of my dogs and he has a great sense of humor. But down side. The waiting room is very small and crowded.

Excellent staff. I almost gave them 4 stars because there is always a pretty long wait time, but I can't hold being popular against them. The service and price makes the wait worthwhile.

I went about two weeks ago and took 5 puppies. The waiting time was not bad and the ladies at the front counter were super nice. Just filled out paper work and 10 min later they called us back. Shellie a tech and veterinarian Jenee McWaters were very nice and efficient and very kind to the puppies. I will be coming back for their follow up shots and also very pleased with the cost. Thank you to the staff.

This office has changed location but takes no repsonsibility for updating their business online. This is the location on 1st street that is here advertised online that I had been to many times with my pets. When I showed up to a recent appointment, I was told that they switched the offices, that the one on 1st was not the clinic anymore and now the one on Craycroft was now the clinic. I had to drive all the way across town and when I got there, the manger was very rude and states they it was my responsibility to know they switched their offices across town, then had the audacity to make me wait an hour to be "fit in"!!. How is it my responsibility when it is not a business I own. Since the manager clearly does not care about having customers and MY valuable time wasted by THEIR mistakes, I will not be back to either office location....ever!

I took my 3 big dogs in and saved about 150 bucks getting shots. After I called a traditional vet clinic, the quote for 2 shots per dog was 231. I paid 72 at ABC, got free wellness checks, didn't have to make an appointment, and was in & out within 30 minutes. The ladies were so nice and gave my kids lots of attention and cookies. The Doctor was very efficient and he was very good with the pups. I highly recommend this clinic when it comes time to vaccinate!

I was hesitant because I had expected long waiting times due to the no-appointment practice. However, the ladies at the front desk were friendly and efficient. I was done in about an hour even though several people were ahead of me. The staff was very caring and gentle with our two puppies. Plus, I paid an amount I would've had to pay for one dog at some other pet clinic for two puppies. Maybe even less.

Run, dont walk, run from here. I went here for a leg X-ray for my limping dog because it was the most affordable and I wanted it ASAP.Firstly, the whole place reeked of urine. The pungent stench practically burned my nose hairs walking back to the exam room. Creeped out from the start I wondered how clean this place is. The technician had zero personality, curt even, as if dealing with dogs were just a necessary task to be dealt with. The vet, on the other hand was so goofy and awkward it was hard to develop confidence.I said I have an appt with her regular vet in 10 days and just wanted an xray, that's all. Well, there was no way around their "exam fee" which I guess is understandable if they did more than a 2 minute check. I said if you must charge me for an exam then please give her a thorough exam. So the curt tech gets the office manager to come in and chew me out for questioning the quality of his exam. Oh well, on to the X-ray. It was THE MOST RIDICULOUS excuse for an x-ray you could possibly imagine. Their machine (or the operator) is so bad that the leg looked like multiple slices of x-rays all pieced together crookedly! As if my dog's leg was broken jaggedly many times.I have since showed it to two vets, her regular vet and her new integrated med doc. Both were disturbed by the quality (or lack thereof) of the x-ray having to closely study it for some time to ascertain what it actually reveals.The entire experience was malpractice in my opinion.

Not everyone can plan the shots, or any other awesome service they offer for their pets around a single sat, or a wed between this time and that, where literally you end up having to wait in.an endless line, that takes 5 ever, which is longer than forever!! Lol so because they offer shots almost everyday, the place is fast affordable, in fact, cheapest I've ever seen, nice employees, wonderful Dr's. All in all,,I refuse to go anywhere else!!!! Keep up the amazing work you all do!!!! Thank you also from Marshall, Mia, and of course Mochi Glorioso!!! We will be seeing you soon!!

I've been to many vets in Tucson and all are wonderful. I found ABC Low Cost Pet Care after rescuing a wounded cat from the streets. I made an appt, but could not catch the cat. One day, he walked in the travel container I was feeding him in, so I closed the door and called ABC, they said bring him in. Turned out he wasn't feral, but a true Lover, just homeless and wounded. I made a list of things to do and asked them the cost and to add anything else that needed to be done to a cat. I also asked if he could be cleaned up as i was severely allergic. They did a wonderful job and said I needed to medicate him and bring him back in two weeks, I gulped, but all went well! They took good care of Midnight. So I took my Service dog for her next set of shots and teeth cleaning and all went well. Prices are inexpensive so you can't expect to sit and talk with them, they just do their work, they aren't getting paid to converse about your pet with you. If you want special treatment for your pet, go to a high paying Vet who will stand there and talk a few minutes with you about your pet and charge accordingly.

I'm new to town and just took my two dogs to ABC for their Rabies vaccinations. I was in luck with virtually no wait time! The price is great and all of the staff were very friendly, loving on my pups, and treating them warmly. It always does a momma's heart good. I would highly recommend them - at least for vaccinations!!

This was my second visit to this particular ABC. This time i had two young cats that needed rabies (3 year) and FVRCPC shots. This clinic is always busy, no appointment needed but that can mean a little wait sometimes. Today we were greeted immediately, both cats were taken to the 'back' so they would not be stressed by all the dogs, I was ushered into a beautifully cool room to complete my paperwork. We were seen promptly by a very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful vet and her tech. Both cats were weighed, examined and given their shots all for a quarter of the price I would have paid at my local vets office. I am delighted with the service and the care at this clinic, thoroughly recommend it. The Craycroft and 22nd street clinic is also very good. I had one of my cats spayed there and the care she received was fabulous. Everything you would hope for and expect from a veterinary office at a fraction of the cost. I took one of my geriatric cats in last week, he had an exam, a full blood work up and urinalysis, the news was not fabulous but was delivered efficiently and again at a fraction of the cost my local vet would have charged.This is great for 'pet parents' in Tucson, no excuse to not spay or neuter, plus all the necessary shots for their good health are affordable. Thank you ABC.
