This is a great place to get your pets spayed or neutered. Also savings on your pets shots. Their hours for shots make it a bit inconvient as this is a first come first serve business. Sometimes you might need to wait up to an hour,however this is worth the savings. The aids that come for and return your pets are all very nice. However I have yet to meet he veternarian. Years ago, that was not the case. However, this system does seem to keep the flow of animals on a smooth and efficient pace. Read Less

I love this place! All 3 dogs I have owned have been fixed /vaccinated here they are always friendly and super good with the pups! My most recent dog was named pet of the day and featured on their Facebook for a chance to get money off next vaccines! I wrote to inquire about services via their website's 'Contact Us' feature. They would not answer any of my questions in writing and kept telling me 'it would be easier if' I called in. Customer Service does not mean you do what is easiest for you (the business) it means you serve your customer on any front necessary. If you are not willing to represent your business in writing why do you offer the option on your website? staff was rude and very rushed. People working upfront desk were not knowledgable when I asked basic questions. Just called this morning to ask a basic question about my cat and the woman speaking over the phone to me was very rude and even started laughing. ALSO they told me my cat was in excellent health when I went to pick her up next day she had to be rushed to the vets because she was very sick. Staff was very professional. Had my four month old Dog Spayed and with pain meds was only $99.00. Half to a third of all the other clinics I called. Detailed post-op notes and directions. Very clean incision and she is doing great! I highly recommend. Read Less

I love Az. Spay Neuter Clinic My animals have be going here for years to get their shots. Had my younger dog spayed there, she did great, not a single problem. They have a very low cost shot Clinic everyday 2-4 PM, so no appointment necessary for shots. And big cudoes for all of the work they do to spay and neuter ferrell cats. Took my dog to get spayed there a while ago. I'd heard that it's a long recovery (4 to 5 days). They must have done a terrific job because it was only one day of recovery for my dog. She was completely herself the day after the procedure, with energy and no signs of pain. She has hardly any scar at all. Read Less

I didn't get to use this place for my dog because the vet thought she had a health issue she needed checked out. When they brought her back to me they told me not to bring her back with no further reason because they needed to move on to the next person. Surprised me the Dr. didn't at least explain a bit. But then again I appreciated the fact they did a check up on her. What really bothered me was there was a guy with his beautiful big girl for spaying. They brought her back out because she put her mouth around the girl's hand to let her know she was uncomfortable with the whole situation. My Springer does this often when she's scared. Has nothing to do with biting which you would think they'd know. You could tell this was a sweet dog. So he did try to argue it and I guess that's not an option there.Read Less

First question they asked was "Are you on cash assistance?" I don't think this is a question that should be asked. I am not on cash assistance so I get charged the full amount? The people who are on cash assistance get a discount? What the heck is that? I was treated very rudely by the front desk lady "Janica" I wasn't told about all the hidden fees for the pain meds, and collar. I had a collar but did not bring it with me and I was told, "Well, your dog will not be let go if you do not have a collar in hand and if it doesn't fit you will have to buy one anyways, so you may as well just buy the one we provide" What are you gonna keep my dog hostage? I informed the lady that I would not be returning with future pets. She told me, "I don't think you should return anyways!" Horrible people, horrible staff, and very rude. Read Less

Please stay away from this clinic. Such a joke. My dog was neutered at this clinic and they made me pay for an e-collar. A very thin, flimsy, piece of junk collar. When my dog came home with this crappy collar I was very concerned since it was falling off of his neck. He weighs 5 pounds and the collar they gave him is designed for a dog that is a lot bigger and a different breed. Being as concerned as I was I went to PetSmart and asked what collar was better for my dog and a Vet recommended one very different than the one the clinic gave me. I returned the next day to request a refund because I had to purchase a new collar, and the staff was very angry and rude. They did not want to give me the money back because they obviously needed it to run this shitty clinic. The e-collar was plastic probably costed 2 cents to make in China, I would post pictures however, I left it at the clinic when I left. The Vet there came out to speak to me and was hostile for absolutely no reason, he stuck by these collars like they were the best dam thing ever made. When he touched my dog he became very aggressive and tried to bite him proving to me that they were rude to my dog, and they were very rough with him in front of me. I asked to speak with a manager and they tried to tell me they do not know when she works, what a joke, they knew when she worked. All of a sudden everyone became extremely offended when I said the collar was a piece of shit, which it in fact is. Then I was asked to leave without my money refunded, and as I walked to the parking lot someone followed me and asked me to come back in. Then the Vet got even more hostile, raising his voice, and telling me that I could have my pathetic money back as long as I never stepped foot in the clinic again, even if my dog got an infection from the surgery. Bottom line stay the hell away, the Vet seems like a reject that could not get hired at a legit Vet office. I will never go here ever again nor recommend it to anyone. The staff seemed to think if they were rude to me I would back down, they tried to talk down to me, but what they did not know was that I am in law school pursuing a law degree and I refuse to back down. Please take your animal somewhere else. Save yourself the hassle, the headaches, the talking. Stay away, the staff is a bunch of losers that had no idea what they were talking about.Read Less

I used the service of this clinic for some of my cats. I ever received the best for my pets. Cats never had any problem after surgery procedures, or vaccinations. Staff were always kind to me and the cats; besides their fees are very reasonable. I highly recommend AZ Spay Neuter Clinic for anyone who cares about overpopulation of dogs and cats. Read Less

I took my kitten to get altered and her 1st round of shots. The schedule was perfect for me - drop her off at 7am and pick her up between 2 & 4pm, no waiting. She was a bit groggy,as expected, when I got there, but her incision looked great (really small and clean) and is now healing very fast. Kitty slept most of that 1st evening and then was her usual self the next day. Most noticeably, she doesn't have pain when she stretches, as I have seen with other pets' stiches.Read Less
