The front desk staff was nice but the vet was cold and unfeeling. The tech tried to sell us everything she could think of making us wonder if they get commission bonuses.
Our dog was taken back into another room for his shots and possible exam. I really have no idea if he was even examined and he was scared to be away from us for no reason. Our previous vet did the exam an vaccinations with us present, we much preferred that.
Will not be returning.

I love Golf Links Animal Clinic. I didn't think it was possible for a dog to enjoy going to the vet but every time we pull up to the vet my dogs go crazy because they are so excited. The staff is so kind to them and actually cares for our dogs like they are their own. They accept military discount and their prices are reasonable for a small clinic.

I called the Golflinks animal clinic and asked for advise from them instead of turning me away and refusing to talk to me like the rest of the clinics in town . They listened to everything I had say and gave me great advise for my pup! Never been inside but by the way they treated me I have to give them 5 stars . My experience at Golflinks animal clinic is always wonderful Dr. Ortiz and her staff are all amazing with my Phystee. I wouldn't change anything about them the only thing is is I live on disability and we have to do my little girls anal so often because they're so tiny and it's so expensive I just wish there was something I could do about that that's the only thing I would change. But I understand everybody has to get paid and bills need to be paid it's just hard when you live on disability I think everybody can understand that.

My dog had swelling near a joint on one of her legs, our regular vet was unavailable so we tried this place as it was close to home. Dr. Ortiz gave us a range of diagnosis from a sprain to valley fever and treatment ranging from medication to amputation. Suggested $1100 worth of tests I felt were throwing darts to see which would stick and kept throwing Care Credit brochures at us for the charges. They would not prescribe anything without blood tests and needed to charge extra for a radiologist to review any X-rays. Went to a certified animal hospital who treated my dog with a few X-rays and anti-inflammatory meds for a bad sprain for under $300. She is now perfectly fine. Would NOT recommend this establishment to anyone EVER.

Do not take your pet here unless you have an extra $3000-$4000 that you don't know what to do with. Took my youngest dog (10 yrs old) to Dr Ortiz. Her estimate for blood work, x-rays, additional testing and then sending us somewhere else for the actually surgery...$3200-$4000. Went somewhere else for a second opinion. The vet knew exactly what the problem was and $200 later, problem solved. Asked Dr Ortiz for an estimate on another dogs tooth being pulled. Approximately $1100. That was $300 more than any of the other places I contacted. Dr Ortiz also likes to talk in circles. When she gets done talking, you're not quite sure what you have just been told.

She has treated three dogs and several cats, all who lived or are living long healthy lives.

Do not take your pet here! I had an appt at the tucson small animal with dr. Armstrong whom is fantastic. I was late to my appt and the clerk said I could get seen if I drove to the other clinic. 2 hours later after signing documents that this office wanted a commitment of lab fees (over the average cost in Tucson), signing another document of dispensing medications. Then I saw the doctor, she refused to look at my dogs ear, stating a dermatologist would be better suited to evaluate. she then said she would give me a prescription for my dog if I would purchase it from her, if I chose to use the internet I would get a smaller quantity and would need to return to get a new rx. She charges $58. My dog is 13 and has been going to vets for 13 years, this doctor is a disgrace to her profession. I am saddened Regina Armstrong is associated with her and her office recommended this thief. Their are many vets that are more professional and caring for your animal. DO not take your pets here.

I love Golf Links Animal Clinic. I didn't think it was possible for a dog to enjoy going to the vet but every time we pull up to the vet my dogs go crazy because they are so excited. The staff is so kind to them and actually cares for our dogs like they are their own. They accept military discount and their prices are reasonable for a small clinic.

I called the Golflinks animal clinic and asked for advise from them instead of turning me away and refusing to talk to me like the rest of the clinics in town . They listened to everything I had say and gave me great advise for my pup! Never been inside but by the way they treated me I have to give them 5 stars . My experience at Golflinks animal clinic is always wonderful Dr. Ortiz and her staff are all amazing with my Phystee. I wouldn't change anything about them the only thing is is I live on disability and we have to do my little girls anal so often because they're so tiny and it's so expensive I just wish there was something I could do about that that's the only thing I would change. My dog had swelling near a joint on one of her legs, our regular vet was unavailable so we tried this place as it was close to home. Dr. Ortiz gave us a range of diagnosis from a sprain to valley fever and treatment ranging from medication to amputation.
