We always board our dog here and she's been fine . We picked her up today after being out of town for a week and when we got home I noticed that she had been limping, I told my dad and he looked at her paw and there is a small cut across her back paw. Mind you , before we boarded her she was fine but now she's limping everywhere and not as energetic as usual. Even though when I called 4 days earlier they said she was fine . I don't know what happened but I'm honestly upset.

I took my kitties here for shots and checkups. The staff is really friendly on the phone and made appointment scheduling very easy. They provided the pricing up front, and there were no unexpected charges upon checkout.We took the two kitties in at separate times because they don't like to travel together (snobs!). The waiting room for the kitties is very clean. The assistants and the vets were very friendly with my pets; neither kitty ended up traumatized. We'll definitely be back here if they need another vet visit.

Been going here for 12 years but not until recently became a frequent visiter. I have an older cat that had some medical issues and they know we'll never give up on him until it's really time. A couple of vets recommended euthanasia with a failing colon disease Tobey had. Dr. Treat has helped us manage the disease and treat everything since. Even when there was a discrepancy in billing, they made it right and it meant a lot.

My cat showed bloody urine and I called to make an appointment. They were pretty booked but they were kind to ask what the problem was. When I had told them about the urine, they said it may lead to a emergency so they told me to come in as soon as I could. I took my cat in that same day and I also took history papers from another clinic because my cat had this problem a year ago. I left my cat there so they can get a urine sample but after several hours, he would not pee because he peed right when we arrived. They were nice to clean the kennel and my cat from the urine and since they could not get his urine, the vet did an ultrasound. There were stones so she put him on a special diet and some medication to ease his pain. I was very worried but they were friendly through the whole process.

Dr. Marusich and her staff are fabulous! They are very professional and knowledgeable, and always kind. Even though my cat has recently become somewhat cranky at the vet€s office, they treat her as well as they€d treat a friendlier cat. Both Dr. Marusich and her techs spend a lot of time with my cat and have useful advice for me. During our first visit, I was very grateful to Dr. Marusich for having taken the time, before our visit, to research €import€ requirements for transporting my cat overseas; if she hadn€t done that research, we wouldn€t have been ready to travel on our scheduled departure date. Their office is a little hard to find, but definitely worth finding. (On Tanque Verde, just after you pass Bandalero Ranch, but before the light, turn right onto a small access road.) I am so happy that we found such an excellent veterinary clinic in Tucson.

Thank you to the wonderful staff at Greenway. We have used your vet clinic for as long as I can remember, but today truly showed every staff members compassion for their clients. We put our beloved cat of 15 years down today and throughout all the steps I felt that we were not alone. All the possibilities were explain to us, and eventually we made the decision to euthanize our baby. Special thank you to the vet tech, who even shed a tear or two with us. Your grace, empathy, and compassion truly made a terrible situation a little easier to handle. Thank you to all who work at Greenway for their continued care of our precious animals.

We have been taking our dogs here for 4 years now. Although the staff are friendly enough, I never felt that the care was exceptional in any way. Adequate only, but it was conveniently close. Several months ago, my beloved Pomeranian was diagnosed with a heart murmur and prescribed medications. He started physically collapsing last week and the frequency of these events increased quickly to the point that I made an emergency appointment to take him to the clinic. He actually collapsed in the parking lot and I carried him in to see the Dr. His breathing was labored. The Dr. listened to his heart and lungs and checked his color and prescribed an additional medication but nothing more. My dear dog passed away 12 hours later when he drowned in the fluid that had accumulated in his lungs. I have to think that more drastic measures should have been taken by the vet. I was too trusting of the expertise that I believed existed. I will not be going back here with our other dog.

The people at Greenway are The Best. My cat had a medical emergency right before I had to leave town for 3 weeks. Since I had no one to watch her, she stayed at the Clinic. Every Day they e-mailed me with a status report. One day they even sent me pictures. I do not know what I would have done without these caring people.
btw - my 4 legged family members have been seeing their feel good friends for many years so this review comes with many years of experience.

We always board our dog here and she's been fine . We picked her up today after being out of town for a week and when we got home I noticed that she had been limping, I told my dad and he looked at her paw and there is a small cut across her back paw. I took my kitties here for shots and checkups. The staff is really friendly on the phone and made appointment scheduling very easy. They provided the pricing up front, and there were no unexpected charges upon checkout.We took the two kitties in at separate times because they don't like to travel together (snobs!). The waiting room for the kitties is very clean. The assistants and the vets were very friendly with my pets; neither kitty ended up traumatized. We'll definitely be back here if they need another vet visit.

My cat showed bloody urine and I called to make an appointment. They were pretty booked but they were kind to ask what the problem was. Even though my cat has recently become somewhat cranky at the vet€s office, they treat her as well as they€d treat a friendlier cat. We have been taking our dogs here for 4 years now. Although the staff are friendly enough, I never felt that the care was exceptional in any way. Adequate only, but it was conveniently close. Several months ago, my beloved Pomeranian was diagnosed with a heart murmur and prescribed medications.
