This place is crazy awesome. They saved 1 pup from a mom who had been hit by a truck. They did emergency surgery on the dead mom and saved a pup.There is kindness and compassion left in the world!

All of the staff took such good care of my dog. Breeze is an extremely enthusiastic puppy brained dog. Everyone that interacted with Breeze showed her nothing but love. The doctor was precise and to the point. I did not feel pressured when exploring the tests that Dr Whitlock felt were necessary to keep my dog healthy. I feel that the treatment and information I received was VERY cost effective. I left Guadalupe Clinic knowing that as of today, Breeze is healthy, at an ideal weight and protected from common diseases. I also know that I finally found my Breeze a doctors office I can count on. These are such sweet people.I would highly recommend Dr. Whitlock and all of her staff to anyone.

I would not do business with vet. First I made an appointment for my dog for teeth work, told to drop her off at 8 am which I did. At 4 pm I got a call saying they were too busy to do her teeth. To leave her overnight or pick her up. Poor dog suffered trama for nothing. Also would not give a prescription for heartworms without doing a test. Even though she have taken them since birth.

Needed a health certificate for a flight with my feline. Called and Krista immediately knew what information I needed, prepared me for the appointment, and worked with me to ensure I'd see them in the time allotted between health check and acceptable airline flight date (within 10 days). Once there, the visit was quick and efficient, just how I like it. I received incredibly good instructions and tips on how to best get my cat through a move and a flight and subsequent adjustment. Down to earth team, and funny too.

I brought in my Dog with a crushed leg and he has been staying there for almost, 2 months now and they have done everything they can to this point to save his leg, and trust me they will not even advertise anything or try to sell you anything. I take all my pets there and Honesty should never be taken as rudeness but they are far from rude. I love them and they put the animals first 100% . my family always takes their pets there and never had an issue.

It was a while back when I found a very ill puppy at my doorstep. I asked some of my friends where to take her and was told to call Guadalupe. They were very busy but took me in. I'm very grateful because the puppy had all kinds of problems.
Long story short - Dr Whitlock and the staff were very professional and caring. As I said, this happen about a year ago and the dog "Tiny" is still with me. I mentioned to Dr. Whitlock that I also take care of 5 other dogs (strays that came to my house) and she knew that I lived on a limited budget, and she came up with a very reasonable bill. I highly recommend Guadalupe. Dr Whitlock, Crista and the rest of the staff truly care.

I learned about Guadalupe Vet Clinic by word of mouth and decided to set up an appointment since my previous vet had retired. I have taken my furkids for shots, allergies and my brother's family dog. Throughout these visits I've learned that the doctor and staff are truly interested, vested and caring of their patients. You often hear vet's that claim this distinction but none have I seen go to the length that Dr. Whitlock, Crista and the rest of the staff go to ensure that pets get the best care possible within the financial means of their owners. We all love our four-legged companions and I truly appreciate that Guadalupe Vet Clinic wants to see all dogs/cats, etc. have homes. To the extent that they've sheltered, fed and cared for a group of older chihuahuas that lost their home until they found new owners. I am happy to say I was able to adopt one and she is now part of the family. I don't know how many more rescues they've helped but I am very grateful to have found Guadalupe Vet Clinic and would not hesitate to recommend them.

I'll give Guadalupe Vet Clinic a one-star for not returning phone calls. This is the fourth time I called and nobody ever bothered to call me back. Today I was put on hold for 10 minutes, then called back only to find out that the person that I was supposed to talk to was in an appointment with another customer and the vet was not available. This is not good customer service and I'll make sure to let the vet know when I go there in person.

I was passing thru town, the staff here were very nice, the doctor was great with my dog. I took my dog there to see about having some grass seeds that had burrowed under her skin removed. The vet was unwilling to remove them with local anesthetic, and presented my only option as general anesthesia top the time of 800$. They were very nice and helpful in producing a quote for me.

Dr Whitlock is a wonderful vet. As a member of the local animal welfare community, I have taken MANY animals here, including my own. She is always caring, thoughtful and conscientious. Their clinic, in no way, resembles a high volume or discount clinic because it is clean, well-run and provides excellent general practice veterinary care. Her prices are reasonable. I HIGHLY recommend this clinic. Dr Whitlock is dedicated to public spay/neuter and goes out of her way to make spay/neuter possible for low-income clients. With all that said, It can be very difficult to get an appointment or to get messages through because they are extremely popular. Often there is a wait even if you have a scheduled appointment or service.

One of Tucson's best kept secrets! While searching for a "family vet" I made appt. with Guadalupe. The "patient's room" had a sofa, for owner & pet to share. Was not pressured to have tests done. Dr. Whitlock is so down-to-earth, easy to talk to & easy to understand. This clinic is what every vet's office should be like. It feels like home and your pet will be treated like family. I love it.

Long story short - Dr Whitlock and the staff were very professional and caring. As I said, this happen about a year ago and the dog "Tiny" is still with me. Throughout these visits I've learned that the doctor and staff are truly interested, vested and caring of their patients. You often hear vet's that claim this distinction but none have I seen go to the length that Dr. Whitlock, Crista and the rest of the staff go to ensure that pets get the best care possible within the financial means of their owners. We all love our four-legged companions and I truly appreciate that Guadalupe Vet Clinic wants to see all dogs/cats, etc. have homes. To the extent that they've sheltered, fed and cared for a group of older chihuahuas that lost their home until they found new owners. I am happy to say I was able to adopt one and she is now part of the family. I don't know how many more rescues they've helped but I am very grateful to have found Guadalupe Vet Clinic and would not hesitate to recommend them.

I'll give Guadalupe Vet Clinic a one-star for not returning phone calls. This is the fourth time I called and nobody ever bothered to call me back. Today I was put on hold for 10 minutes, then called back only to find out that the person that I was supposed to talk to was in an appointment with another customer and the vet was not available. This is not good customer service and I'll make sure to let the vet know when I go there in person.

I was passing thru town, the staff here were very nice, the doctor was great with my dog. I took my dog there to see about having some grass seeds that had burrowed under her skin removed. The vet was unwilling to remove them with local anesthetic, and presented my only option as general anesthesia top the time of 800$. They were very nice and helpful in producing a quote for me.

Dr Whitlock is a wonderful vet. As a member of the local animal welfare community, I have taken MANY animals here, including my own. She is always caring, thoughtful and conscientious. Their clinic, in no way, resembles a high volume or discount clinic because it is clean, well-run and provides excellent general practice veterinary care. Her prices are reasonable. I HIGHLY recommend this clinic. Dr Whitlock is dedicated to public spay/neuter and goes out of her way to make spay/neuter possible for low-income clients. With all that said, It can be very difficult to get an appointment or to get messages through because they are extremely popular. Often there is a wait even if you have a scheduled appointment or service.

One of Tucson's best kept secrets! While searching for a "family vet" I made appt. with Guadalupe. The "patient's room" had a sofa, for owner & pet to share. Was not pressured to have tests done. Dr. Whitlock is so down-to-earth, easy to talk to & easy to understand. This clinic is what every vet's office should be like. It feels like home and your pet will be treated like family. I love it.
