I saw someone had given Dr. Hutchinson a one star review on here. I felt I needed to counteract that review. This has been the vet for my horses for many years. He is the smartest, most knowledgeable person when it comes to figuring out what's wrong with your horse and treatment options. He also recognizes that people are usually on a budget. So he will tell you about expensive and inexpensive treatment options. And what the advantages are for each. He doesn't overcharge for his services. He may get busy at times, but I've never known him to not get back to me. I trust his opinion on everything related to equine medicine because he is like an encyclopedia on the topic. He also stays up to date.

Amazing VET would not take my dogs anywhere else. Very caring and loving towards my animals. Does not over charge and very good pricing. Will recommend to anyone with animals that needs a vet.

Dr. Hutchinson came for a shot clinic where I board my horse. I was out of town, and asked the doctor to do vaccines and a health exam on my horse. I was told later from the barn manager that the do...
Dr. Hutchinson came for a shot clinic where I board my horse. I was out of town, and asked the doctor to do vaccines and a health exam on my horse. I was told later from the barn manager that the doctor believed that my horse had sand and recommended treatment. Because of this I called Dr. Hutchinson many times, leaving specific messages as to best days and times to call back since his number only goes to voicemail. I was never able to talk to the doctor on the phone and only received a text message asking what I wanted. A TEXT MESSAGE! This was after the secretary who called for my credit card told me that my horse probably had 50 lbs. of sand in his gut. I would not recommend calling this vet unless it is your only choice.
