My 19-year-old Foxtrotter mare became lame. I asked my veterinarian about equine chiropractic. I was referred to Dr. Kate Woodard. Although the problem was not ultimately an equine chiropractic issue, she was diligent in her diagnostic approach which was both logical and cost effective. Although I am very happy with the Veterinary group I currently use, I have no qualms about recommending Reatta Equine Veterinary and more spcifically, Dr. Kate Woodard for Veterinary equine care. Superb care and great interaction. Read Less

Reata Equine Veterinary Group has been a fabulous resource for those of us who live "out if town" in southern Arizona. They are always willing to help, and especially in emergencies, they bend over backwards to solve the problem. Sometimes this just means a speedy return on a phone call but if necessary they are always willing to come to you! Good equine vets are not easy to find, but I highly recommend Reata for both routine and emergency services! Read Less

Very caring and knowledgeable. I'm a biologist, I can always count on Dr. Conaway to be uptodate on the latest in Equine medecine. If for some reason I dig up an article or want to know about a new procedure he usually is one step ahead of me. On those incredibly rare occasions when I have found something that might be new or helpful he researches it and gets back to me with more in depth information than I could find. He saved one of my horses who had a broken leg by talking to a colleague in Texas who suggested a procedure another vet was doing. My horse was the 11th one to have that procedure. She lived another 17 years and was happy and sassy and even rideable for much of that time. Read Less
