I have always loved this place and they have always been incredibly helpful...untill today. I called asking about safe ways to handle my dogs swollen leg. I explained the situation and was told they couldn't help me without seeing him. Considering I was asking what I could safly give him or do for him being in pain, had explained how the injury happened along with timeline, and him having a chart with them, I was very disappointed to hear the lady tell me there is nothing they could tell me. I could understand if he didn't go to this vet but he does and it only being day one of swelling I think taking him in a a bit much at the moment.
