First, If you read the July 31, 2006 review, then you'll probably find that they hit 4 stars by accident. I wish I had read about this clinic earlier on. I got my 2 year old dog from a family member from another state. As soon as I got him back to Conway, I want to get a veterinarian established for him. I picked WPAH because it's close to where I live and I hadn't read anything negative or positive about the clinics in Conway. Anyway, I took him in for a limp and to get his vaccines updated, specifically parvo, kennel cough, and rabies and to have him The doctor did what appeared to be a thorough physical exam, albeit a short one at that. Additionally, he took my dog somewhere else in the clinic to administer the vaccines, but told me to wait in the exam room--which seemed strange to me but I didn't think too much of it. He didn't want to do x-rays on the dog because he thought the dog had a limp because he was just ""built funny."" FAST FORWARD 3 MONTHS My dog is sitting here trembling and looking like he has a severe case of kennel cough. I walk him daily, but he is mainly an inside dog. Additionally, I started going back over my invoice and realized that he was never given his updated parvo vaccine! I am taking him to a new vet tomorrow to get his limp looked at again, get this kennel cough checked out, and get his parvo vaccine up to date. In retrospect, I should have taken note of all the signs (including the empty clinic and no wait time for appointments), but I didn't. His heartworm medicine was about $20 more than the previous vet, which is way above market value for this product. In conclusion, please take note of those review and do not take your animals to him. He's worthless and overpriced. Read Less
