The staff at Eubanks animal clinic is very welcoming and knowledgeable when it comes to caring for your pets. Dr. Eubanks is the best, he has cared for my pets for the past 27 yrs and will continue for many years to come. Dr. Eubank's ability to properly diagnose and treat an illness or symptom has helped keep my dog's healthy and happy. He has kept my English Bull health in check since I started owning them in 2001. He and the staff understand the relationship between the pet and owner and it shows in the attention to detail in the care they provide. i have read some of the negative reviews and totally disagree with them. The doc's and staff have always been very caring and helpful with all my animals. Their rates are great and usually half the price of other vets. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else with my loved ones. I know you can't please everyone all the time but i promise you will have a great and cheaper visit with eubanks clinic than anywhere else in the little rock area. Read Less

I took my Great Dane Athena there because she was sick and pooping blood and throwing up. They told me that because I couldn't afford the bill I either needed to find someone to pay my vet bill or surrender my rights to her. They also told me that she needed to stay over night to be on IV fluids and they left her alone that night and she died. WORST VET IN THE WORLD WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO HERE!!! Read Less

Kind of concerned. I took my dog in to have him checked and they ended up having to sedate him and keep him overnight after I was told it would be this afternoon that I could pick him up. They did X-rays and I called about 45 minutes before they closed bc I haven't heard anything all day. The lady told me that the doc would call me about the X-rays shortly. It's now 5:20 pm and I haven't heard anything and now they are closed. I shouldn't be kept in the dark about this!!! BEWARE KILLED MY BABY...not just a dog a family member. We took her in on Thursday for simple spayed. We are talking very healthy 3yr old. Never got around good, not eating, forcing to tak meds. Sunday fluid pouring from incision on. No return phone call. Took her in when they opened Monday.Died by later afternoon. Never called to say how she was doing or we could come see her nothing. Barely want to give them a 1 star rating.. They are awful! I used to take my fur baby to them, but I never will EVER again. They were always treating him awful. They would cut his nails so short that his nails were bleeding. They also did this several times even after we asked them to never cut his nails again. Every single time they cut his nails he would bleed. Then after hurting him and scaring him they would muzzle him. He is a weenie dog, and wouldn't hurt a fly. I tell everyone I know to NEVER take their pets here. It always smelled funny, and was never clean. They need to be shut down! Read Less

I moved here from Illinois and am so glad I found Eubanks! The staff is kind, friendly and they take great care of my dog. And the best thing is...they are affordable. When calling specialist to help with Prince, Dr. Eubanks never took just one answer. He called multiple specialist and stayed on the phone for hours at a time to make sure my baby was getting the best care. His exact words to me were "We will go down fighting if we have to". I knew from the first visit that we were in good hands, they treated me and my baby with so much love and respect! Dr. Eubanks removed both a tumor and spleen from Prince and did an amazing job! Prince loves his vet trips and always comes home in great spirits, never traumatized. Dr. Eubanks is not just an amazing veterinarian but an amazing person. I have had a great experience with this clinic they have always been very loving to my bulldog with kisses and hugs even. Always professional and the rates are very reasonable. This is the worst vet I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. The owners are the rudest, most unprofessional people I have ever met, and they don't care a lick about animals. They are in it only for the money, as is evidenced not only in the fact that they are much more expensive than everyone else but also due to the fact that they WILL tack on any extra fees and services their seedy little brains can think of. They have done it both times I have been there, the first with my dog 7 years ago, and again today when I visited them by mistake when adopting 2 cats from the shelter. I told the shelter I usually go to the vet on first street(Jacksonville Animal Hospital), not remembering that these grifters were on first street as well. Also, they treat your pets like crap.
