Well, bc of these people my dog has a serious condition and I would have found out sooner but they failed to honor my requests! Do not take your animal here bc they know NOTHING! I've been taking my German shepherd here since July for a pooping problem. I begged them for X-rays bc I wanted to make sure it wasn't something more serious. The doctor didn't think it was necessary. The problem persisted and progressed and they denied my requests for an X-ray in November....AGAIN!!! I called and called and the girl who knows nothing about animals that answers the phone gets rude and tells me she knows nothing bc she's not the doc and I would have to make an appt to talk to him instead of him just calling me back. Keep in mind I have already spent $200 so far to try and get this issue with my dog fixed and he's only getting worse. So I take him to a different vet, who actually cares about animals. I didn't even have to ask him to do the X-ray....he actually recommended it. He originally thought that it was an enlarged prostate and could easily be fixed by getting him neutured or spayed or whatever you call it. But it wasn't his prostate...the X-ray clearly showed the underlying problems! My dog actually has a neurological disorder bc one of his legs doesn't respond to a him bending it. He has possible colitis (which Zimmerman completely overloooked!!) he has cervical spondylitis which is pretty apparent on the X-ray. My dog also has a spinal disease. All of this was completely looked over by Zimmerman and I was told the colitis could have been treatable several months ago but now it's done too much damage and there's no going back. Bc of these people I cannot get his colitis treated and now will prob have to end up putting him down! DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS HERE! THEY KNOW NOTHING ABOUT THEM!!!! Read Less

Dr. Zimmerman and his staff have always provided my beloved pets with the utmost care and compassion. I have taken my "family" to PetCare for over 15 years and they always have high regard for the safety and well being of my pets. My first pet of 13 years, Princess, was euthanized at PetCare and even though it was the hardest decision to make they made every attempt to ensure a peacful farewell. They even waived previous charges of pet food that was purchased for her in an attempt to prolong her life due to renal failure. I currently have 3 other pets that my wife and I share and we truly believe there is no other Veterniary Clinic that can provide the personal care and professionalism that PetCare provides.
