I've taken my dog here for over 5 years now. The staff are very friendly and when I board my dog, I know he is in good hands. The vets are also very friendly, kind, will only do what's necessary for your dog, and won't try to push extra tests. My doc has even helped me save some money with helpful tips. The prices are fair and they always notify me before they do any additional work. It's also great that they give reminders in the form of calls and/or postcards when it's time to get yearly vaccinations/checkups. Read Less

Great great great vet to go to. We had a ball python that had developed mouth rot and Dr. Paladino was extremely helpful and instructive on how to nurse our baby. On top of that we received a hand written letter personalized to us and our snake signed by the veterinarians working there appreciating our visit. 10/10 Read Less

It is tough finding a Vet to spay/neuter rabbits and for a decent price :) I highly recommend AllPets! Cost was important and they were half the price of 3 other vets in Central Arkansas. Dr. Paladino did an amazing job and my mini lops were back to their typical selves just 48 hours later. Staff was great.. (only hiccup- which is why I rated a 4- was that the gal who made the appointment was new and she might not have known, but she advised me to fast my rabbits the night before surgery - which can be harmful for rabbits but thank goodness mine were ok.. ) I will continue to use this office for my bunny needs :) Read Less

A year ago, I had to bring my two dogs in after an unexpected accident. I was unable to pay the bill at the time, as I'm on a fixed income and didn't have the means to cover such an emergency. But All Pets has been amazing in letting me work out a payment plan. I just moved to little rock from dallas 2 weeks ago. I saw this vet clinic because I live one street over, and just had made a mental note in case we ever had an emergency. Moving is obviously chaotic and it was the day we got here and my mother was insisting the dogs needed a nail trim (she was correct but I had no idea where my clippers were since everything was packed) we called and they fit us right in to trim the dogs nails which was great. They called my old vet and had records faxed over and told me they were due for some tests before I could get more heart worm medicine and things like that. Normal stuff. I appreciated them doing all the work for me so I could worry about unpacking.Fast forward about 4 days later, my Aussie was losing hair in clumps and I was getting my money's worth out of my dyson pet. She was scratching nonstop and I found fleas on her and the Boston's despite being on advantix. They all had rashes and their skin was very red and irritated. Benadryl wasn't helping and I couldn't get rid of the fleas( I'm guessing they have infested my yard) so I called just in a panic. They got me in the next day. Saw all 3 of the dogs. All needed their kennel cough shots, and the Parvo shot, my Aussie needed her rabies. They all got heart worm tests, and meds for that and fleas. Full physicals, and my female boston had gotten such a bad skin infection she needed antibiotics. Needless to say we had a lot done. The vet was great, and she's also from Dallas which bonded me with her immediately. She was great though and so sweet, even tolerating my Aussies bad behavior. She spent a lot of time with us as well. Now the price was hard to swallow but I did have a lot done. I had a great and affordable vet back home so it was a wow when I saw the bill. It was around $770, but I do have 3 dogs and they needed so much done still a big hit when you just moved which is expensive on it's own but they are my babies so you do what you have to. I wasn't crazy about the fact they take them out of the room to get samples. I understand why but for me, my dogs will let you do more with me around (only my Aussie the other 2 don't care) and they couldn't get a sample from her but I think had they tried with me there it wouldn't have been a problem. The dogs are still scratching a lot but I think they might just be allergic to stuff here and need to adjust. I'm happy I've found a vet that I like who is close, even if I have to sell my eggs to pay the bill. Read Less

Great service and staff. We take our dog there and she's had several issues here and there as a pup but Dr. Thomas was able to take care of her and nurse her back to health. The wait was never too long and the staff does a great job of catering and caring for our little dog. Dr. Thomas was even helpful outside of working hours and responded to my email I had about dog food. We highly recommend Allpets. Read Less

This definitely is the place to go after hours if your pet is ill. The whole team is extremely compassionate to the care of animals. The doctor's and vet technicians are informative, caring, and take the time to answer questions and give thorough explanations about the care of your pet. More importantly they are sensitive to the emotional needs of owners when the prognosis of the pet is poor. I am very thankful to have a wonderful vet team open after hours in Little Rock! Read Less

Dr. Paladino is fantastic. He takes as much time as is necessary with animals and seems to love all kinds. He is thorough in his explanations of problems and conditions with pet moms and dads.  His staff is comfortable with lobby chaos, created by many animals who don't easily jive. They are all compassionate professionals who care about their work and do it well.  I've recommended the clinic to my mom, boyfriend, best friend, and hoards of others, all of whom love Dr. Paladino and this veterinary outfit as well. I could not care less for the groomer, however. She does sloppy work, overcharges, and is blunt in a way that does not fit with the philosophy of Allpets. Were it not for her, Allpets would get 5 stats from me. Highly recommend the veterinary, but not the grooming/bathing services. Read Less
