I have one chocolate lab that is extremely shy and to my amazement he walked straight up to Dr. Peck the first time he met him. That never happens!

The best thing is I have a chocolate lab that is very scared of new people but he walked right up to Dr. Peck the first time they met. I was beyond astonished. Their professionalism and expertise has earned my business, and my gratitude, for life.

So far the office has been great to work with. They always manage to see my pets quickly when needed. Even arranged for a surgical procedure (cyst removal) when I came in a week before my pets scheduled appointment by accident. The staff are always courteous and Dr. Peck explains what the situation is when I have ask for more information.

We took our cat to an emergency vet and they had recommended this place for surgery. The emergency vet called this place ahead of time before they had opened to let them know the situation. The vet here put our cat's emergency surgery off for hours to handle things like dog grooming, admitted to not using proper anesthesia and in consequence or cat died 30 minutes after surgery. Furthermore, we asked for them to cremate our cat and call us when he was in. We went a month and a half without being told he was back, and when we went to finally pick him up, they had lost his collar and our $55 pet carrier. They rented us out an uncleaned carrier that was much smaller, had hay and dirt on the inside, and dried urine on the outside and someone else's name written on it while they looked for it. It took an entire week to find it, and we ended up having to call them to find out they had in fact found it. The only pro to the entire ordeal was that our name was never entered into their system and so we were never billed for it, but if we ever are billed we may just have the nerve to go so far as contact the BBB about our experience. This place needs to be shut down. The staff is incompetent and have no commitment to serving their customers, and the vet showed no thought in prioritizing service based on severity. If you love your pet, find a different vet!

Used this vet for years for my horses and dogs. They quit responding to emergency, despite a call line that promises a callback. My horse nearly choked to death waiting on call back that never came. Fortunately, another vet came to his aid. Peck used ancient equipment to x-ray one of the horses in my care, and gave the mare a completely wrong diagnosis that was apparent to our new vet. He always gossiped about his clients freely and unsolicited. After we quit him, he started slandering our business. I'm not sure what happened to him, but I would look elsewhere.
