Anyone who says this staff is unfriendly or uncaring is most likely just someone who you can’t please!! From the first phone call to when I picked up my cat who got spayed, was great. They were busy (which is a good sign), but very polite and professional! This clinic is super clean, organized and well run. In response to one of the other reviews....there is only so much a human can do, even in emergency situations. I wouldn’t want my pet being overlooked because the schedule is full! Love this clinic. I had taken my cats to a clinic in Little Rock for an issue that they could not resolve and it was about to start to become very expensive with ultrasound test of abdomen and other test and when I went to see Dr. Bryant all my cat needed was a broadspan antibiotic. I guess if I were a patient, I would get better service. My dog had a minor emergency, nothing life-threatening, but needed to be seen right away. Went here because it was closer than the one I go to normally. The lady at the front desk had the least friendliest attitude to me and the other patient that walked in before us. Even if my dog has a gunshot wound, I wouldn't take them there. From what the lady at the desk said, I would have to make an appointment. Had taken my boxer to an emergency clinic that charged an insane amount to get in, was there for about 4 hours, then told we needed about 50% of an $1800 fee to just keep him overnight and administer meds. Didnt have it, brought him here and got in quick, they ran same tests (very different results) even showed me some of the samples under the microscope to educate me o what was going on with him and how to prevent it for $150. Staff is caring and they are very easy to work with. Would recommend to anybody with a sick critter! Read Less

They were rude, said they were super busy yet no one was in the waiting room said we had to wait, then told us they didnt care about my cat who had her belly ripped open. My shiz zu/poodle mix woke me up at 3:00 in the morning having a seizure, as soon as the clinic opened I took him in Dr. Bryant treated him for a week. He couldn't walk and he was shakey, one of the asst. told me she was going to work with him all weekend. I went in on Monday morning thinking I was going to have to let him go but he came running to me a little shakey but wagging his tale, now we call him the little miracle. Don't know what caused the seizure but it's been about 3years and no more seizures. All my dogs have gone to Dr. Bryant and I very pleased with the clinic. Read Less

I wish I could give his business 0 stars. Harry Bryant is the worst veterinarian I have ever come across in my entire life. I went in there under the notion that my Phatty would be taken care of. Treated like family as they say. Instead I buried my baby boy today due to the malpractice of Mr Bryant.I have a t-cup Chihuahua his name was PHATTY. He was 11 years old he had a heart murmur he had a hernia and he died of suffocation due to Dr Bryant forcing antibiotics down his throat.I know you're probably thinking he died of old age, not true. He died of exfixiation and suffocation. He had fluid in his lungs from the last dosage that was distributed by Dr Bryant less than 12 hours ago. When I brought him home from Dr. BRYANTS OFFICE he was throwing up and I thought it was because he was allergic to the medication.. that was not the case. He was actually choking and suffocating. When Phatties eyes got really glossy and his breathing was slowing and he sounded like he had water in his throat I've then called a 24 hour Animal Hospital and asked them if he was having an allergic reaction to the medication and what would his symptoms be. I gave them his symptoms and they stated to bring him in immediately. They told me that he had blood coming from his nose which meant that he was suffocating from fluid in his lungs.***I waited until his office open to speak to Dr Bryant. Bryant been stated, "He is only a dog. And you can get him cremated but you still owe a bill here". Now I know you guys are thinking who would say that to somebody who just lost someone that they loved. Right?Dr. BRYANT DID! !***MALPRACTICE***#lawsuit#inhumane Read Less

Dr. Bryant takes care of my babies, and both my daughters babies...all together...Louie, Annie, Lexie, Coco, PoopyDoo, JoJo and MaeMae and we have all had a really great experience. If you live in East End, he is just right there with great staff, good hours, and reasonable prices. I've taken my cat beaux and my two malteases to Dr. Bryant for 5 years now and happily make the commute from sheridan where he used to practice. He's got a great personality and genuinely cares for my babies. My pup Jeff had parvo in his early years and Dr. Bryant took him to stay in his home over night and Jeff made a full recovery. This Vet is GREAT! He has the three C's care, compassion and character. His fees are lower than any other vet clinic I have been to around East End and he does the best job by far. I think the above reviews can not be further from the truth. He gave my dog the best treatment he has ever gotten from a Vet . You could tell he REALLY CARED about my dog like it was his own. I am a new client with two dogs and a cat. I brought one of my dogs to have her spayed. They did a great job with her, she was scared but the staff were patient with her. The surgery went well and at a cheaper rate than my vet I had been using. The staff are all very polite and helpful and will awnser your questions for you. I will not go any where else with my pets!!
