Karen and Greg are amazing. We have four cats, two dogs, and two rats. yes they also treat the rats! as to the person who said the shots were abnormally high. a couple of things: shots are higher here than where I used to live. period. there aren't nearly as many shot clinics, etc here as back in Los Angeles. But they are cheaper and better than any other vet I've tried since I moved back 7 years ago. and they know who I am when I come in. More importantly they know who my pet is, by name. they also saved our boston terriers life last year. and allowed us to pay it out as we could afford it. they care. and that's worth more than anything else.Read Less

These doctors are among the most compassionate - with humans and animals - that I have ever met. They always get down on the floor with my pack to rub bellies and ease their fears. They always opt for the most efficient and affordable treatment if my dogs need medical care. I have been taking my dogs here for years. When my Oscar was disabled with cancer that could not be treated, I felt Dr. House was as sad as I was to see him leave. I love them and they love my pack. Read Less

When my puppy first got sick, I didn't have a vet in this area. I called after I got off work & they got me in immediately. The staff were all very sweet & helpful when we got there. He gave us meds & even showed us the proper way to open her mouth to give it to her. He was sweet with her & held her & it really alleviated some of my fears. He also gave us several ideas so we could try & help her at home in hopes that we wouldnt have to bring her back in & she could get better on her own. When he told us he wanted to keep her over night I was really upset but he assured us that he would be with her and that she wouldn't be alone. I'm still hoping things turn out ok, but regardless Dr. House has been very wonderful, helpful, & kind. Read Less

This clinic saved my dog's life after another vet dismissed her symptoms and almost killed her. She is also very afraid of strangers and the vet took the time to eat breakfast with her and talk to her until my dog trusted the vet enough to be examined. I've never heard of a doctor caring that much about her patients, human or otherwise. When she left the vet, her tail was wagging despite just having had surgery and she even let the staff pet her. Very terrible and frustrating experience with this vet. I recently moved out of Oklahoma and there I had been getting our dogs annual shots for $25 per dog, very reasonable price. So this vet had a decent review so I decided I would try them out. The shots were triple the price they should have been. But it doesn't end there. They called me the next day to tell me one of my dogs have hook worms, I thought that was strange because usually I would notice something like that but whatever I went to get the medicine they wanted to give him. Another $25. The next week I was researching into hook worms, symptoms, prevention, etc. and turns out my dog doesn't have hook worms and even if he did this one time treatment is no good unless he gets another treatment two weeks after. So I called the vet asked them if a one time treatment will in fact get rid of hook worms they swear it will. So basically the $170 wasn't enough to begin with they decided to rip me off on medicine that my dog doesn't even need. Completely untrustworthy people. DONT GO TO THEM. Read Less
