Disappointed in their management of my elderly dog; they seemed dismissive of his odd behavior and symptoms and my concern that it wasn’t just pain. When I called again the next day that it was worse, they told me to either call back on Tuesday after holiday weekend or go to emergency vet.
Would not recommend.

They truly love animals. They have multiple dogs and cats that are the vet's own that come to work with them (daughter loves that!). They greatest attributes are how you do not feel rushed when you have an appointment, no forcing of the most expensive medicine yet also very knowledgeable, compassionate about medical issues and genuine. My pets are in the best hands when there.

I won’t mention any specific names but the staff up front leave A LOT to be desired. It was extremely disappointing to deal with such cold, in compassionate people. The only reason I stuck it out as long as I did was because of Dr. Bierbaum. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to change vets/clinics - the difference is night and day.

Dr. Earl Smith Smith recently joined the staff here. He is the best vet I have ever known. He is compassionate and really cares for each of the patients as well as their family. I have taken my pets to him for almost as long as he has been in practice. I highly recommend Dr. Smith to anyone who wants top-notch care for their fur babies.

Have been coming here for 13 years. Over the years PVAH has cared for 3 cats and 4 dogs (plus a few we rescued and rehomed) Our cats have all passed (kidney disease) but received excellent care to prolong their quality of life. One dog also passed after developing a severe heart condition but we got seven more months with him before it was time to say goodbye thanks to the exceptional attention he received. The vets and staff truly care and are very honest when facing end of life decisions whether it's time or not yet time. Our pets are family and PVAH gets our highest recommendation.

I cant believe how good my sweet boy looks from getting ran over a few days ago. He is doing so well thanks to Pinnacle Valley Animal Hospital. They took special care of my baby and of me while freaking out crying with blood all over me. We called and they were quick to accommodate and were ready for us when I showed up. Im forever grateful and will be using them from now on.

We first brought our cats back in 2011, and eventually moved across town to the North Little Rock/Sherwood area. We tried another vet for about a year or so that was closer, but didn't see the level of love, and care we had been use to. We now drive across town for the amazing care our pets receive. We'll never switch again.

Dr Laura is my primary vet but I've also seen Dr Irene & Dr Bierbaum & they are all fantastic! They treat my fur babies as if they were their own. Disappointed in their management of my elderly dog; they seemed dismissive of his odd behavior and symptoms and my concern that it wasn’t just pain. When I called again the next day that it was worse, they told me to either call back on Tuesday after holiday weekend or go to emergency vet.

They greatest attributes are how you do not feel rushed when you have an appointment, no forcing of the most expensive medicine yet also very knowledgeable, compassionate about medical issues and genuine. Have been coming here for 13 years. Over the years PVAH has cared for 3 cats and 4 dogs (plus a few we rescued and rehomed) Our cats have all passed (kidney disease) but received excellent care to prolong their quality of life. One dog also passed after developing a severe heart condition but we got seven more months with him before it was time to say goodbye thanks to the exceptional attention he received. The vets and staff truly care and are very honest when facing end of life decisions whether it's time or not yet time. Our pets are family and PVAH gets our highest recommendation.

I cant believe how good my sweet boy looks from getting ran over a few days ago. He is doing so well thanks to Pinnacle Valley Animal Hospital. They took special care of my baby and of me while freaking out crying with blood all over me. We called and they were quick to accommodate and were ready for us when I showed up.
