Unprofessional and will overcharge you! Made an appointment just to get annual shots so one of my dogs could get groomed. Called around several other places but none had any openings for same day. The visit took under 20 minutes and I even had to stay with and hold my dogs on the table while they got there shots because the doctor wasn't able to bring them to the back (and my dogs are trained and well behaved and have never had any problems with other vets). I was surprised to find out my bill was $500! $340 more than what I came in and made an appointment for should have costed from several other "services" like annual exam, fecal test, cut nails - (even though I told them that was included with the grooming service the following day). I don't even know when these could have been done as I was with my dogs the entire visit. When I asked about the charges I was simply told "well it's a done deal now." I'm sure I'm not the only one they've done this to and both times I was there (once for the visit and once to ask about the charges) they were dead and had no other customers when every other place is booked for weeks resulting from the rise in people getting pets during COVID...and now I know why! Take your pets somewhere where they don't just want your money! Read Less
