I have pet rats and couldn't find a vet that treated them with care or even like a pet. When I called to ask if they treated rats, the woman was very kind and calm when she said they could look at her. I brought her in and they treated her like a living creature and they were very gentle and thorough. They knew she was very dear to me and treated her as such. They did everything they could for her and within a couple days she was running and adventuring again. I was amazed at the thoughtfulness of the staff. Avoid this awful, offensive man. He told me that I "lacked common sense" because I sometimes let my dog eat a little grass when her stomach is upset. Even if that were an objective fact, there has to be a more constructive way to say it. When I replied that I'm just responding to her watering eyes and salivation, he just starting yelling at me to to find a new vet and get out. Honestly, I'm still kind of in shock.
