Since 1988, Town & Country Animal Hospital has strived to bring complete care to area pets in a compassionate, client - centered fashion. Our veterinarians, Dr. Cathy Kaga and Dr. Bill Ormsbee share the same commitment to superior communication with clients. Our goal at Town & Country Animal Hospital is to meet all of your pet's healthcare needs in a loving, friendly environment.
Our services include wellness visits and vaccinations, dentistry, surgery, an in-house lab for blood work, radiology, on-site pharmacy, Home Again microchip identification, and more!

Best vet I know. Remembers our pets, remembers their and our histories, gives consistent advice and will even seek outside referrals when your pet (our cat) happens to show a very rare genetic skin disorder and he can't explain what's happening. He has always been there for our animals and has done much to keep our furry family in our lives for as long as possible.

For more than 20 years I was a client at TCAH. Dr. Ormsbee and Dr. Kaga provided pet and pet parent centered care, always putting the best interest of the animal first. I am wholeheartedly disappointed that the new owner, Dr. Jerry Bridges, and his staff seem to be placing profits first and the best interest of the animal last. If you had been a client of Dr. Ormsbee or Dr. Kaga I strongly recommend you find a different veterinary clinic instead of Town and Country

Called to see if they could get my puppy in quickly to get treated for Parvo, and the lady answering the phone was very rude and told me that she would have to see if they had time and space to deal with that. My dog is a part of my family and I want him treated as such, especially with such a critical disease. I want nothing but the best for him. If you want people to use your services then you should have someone who makes you feel welcomed or if y’all dont have the space or capability could help recommend a place for your fur baby. Disgusted in the quality of service this vet clinic upholds.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Bridges. He has cared for my babies for more than 9 years. He has not only guided us in ensuring a healthy life for our pups, but he has befriended them as well.
He regularly sits in the floor with them loving on them and playing with them because that's who he is an individual and a vet. I drive 30 miles one way to ensure he continues caring for my babies. If you want a vet who will take fabulous care of your babies and love them, Dr. Bridges is that vet. For many years before Dr. Bridges, Dr. Caga took care of my babies. She also provided excellent care and love like Dr. Bridges. I share this to say, Dr. Caga would not bring another vet to Town and Country Animal Hospital that she didn't personal believe would carry on her philosophy of caring for and loving animals.

Staff have been rude multiple times. When asking questions they look at you like you're dumb. I've asked to speak with vet on several occasions and she's always "busy" or the response is I'll ask her and call you back. I would not recommend this place for your fur baby.

I love the staff here. They took excellent care of my first husky and are doing an equally outstanding job with my current husky! I'm very blessed to have been referred to Drs. Kaga & Ormsbee when we moved here 10 years ago. Dr. Charlton has been a wonderful addition to the staff. My boy is always excited to go and see his "people" at Town and Country.

As long as I live in Little Rock I will never take my dogs anywhere else. Dr. Ormsbee and Dr. Kaga have cared for my dogs for the last 11 years. I had to say goodbye to both of them last spring and Dr. Ormsbee and the staff (especially Jennifer!) were so kind and caring. When I get around to getting another dog one day, I will trust them to the wonderful people at Town and Country.

Always get great service when our dogs come to the vet for various services. Friendly people who really care about your pets and will take the time to explain stuff to the owners. Would recommend.

Called to see if they could get my puppy in quickly to get treated for Parvo, and the lady answering the phone was very rude and told me that she would have to see if they had time and space to deal with that. I love the staff here. They took excellent care of my first husky and are doing an equally outstanding job with my current husky! I'm very blessed to have been referred to Drs. As long as I live in Little Rock I will never take my dogs anywhere else. Dr. Ormsbee and Dr. Kaga have cared for my dogs for the last 11 years. I had to say goodbye to both of them last spring and Dr. Ormsbee and the staff (especially Jennifer!) were so kind and caring.
