Dr Winter and his group are tremendous. In addition to great health services for your pets. They are eager to help with all our your pet needs and questions. Dr. Winter and his team are great people. I rest assured that my sweet girl is being properly taken care of when she is under their care. My dog was shot in the head with a .22LR by a bad person. Dr. Winter and his team were able to provide me the support that I needed to rehab her. I am forever grateful to them for this. If you're shopping around for quality, you've found it. Lauren is the most unprofessional, rude woman I've ever met in my entire life. I was refered here by a friend. I didn't even manage to finish the paperwork, I've never been treated so poorly by an employee. You lost two customers until you can hire professional staff. Unacceptable!!!! Read Less

I have been to many vet clinics and hospitals over the years, but this one is heads & shoulders above the rest!! They are expert in their knowledge, superbly loving to animals, and incredibly kind and compassionate -- beyond words. I cannot say enough good things about the doctors and staff. The staff here is very nice and professional. I've only been a couple of times and I loved it. The only negative thing that I have to say is that they are very expensive. I chose this clinic because I needed a vet ASAP and all the other clinics were full, now I see why. If you are new to the area or a first time pet owner call around because there are other places with the same amount of love and care, but you don't have to pay as much for your shots. My two golden retrievers have been going there for years.  Dr. Winters and Dr. Roberson are very caring and good with the animals.  One of my dogs just recently passed away.  They were very compassionate in how they handled all the details.  The staff is very friendly also.  I still go there with my other golden and would not dream of going anywhere else. I have nothing but the highest praise for Dr. Winters and his staff at Treasure Hill Pet Hospital. They were there in my time of need when Bugsy, my boston terrier, choked on a piece of bread. After trying without success to get him to breathe, I made a frantic call to them and was told to bring him in--I was only a few minutes away. When I arrived at the hospital, Dr. Winters and his assistant were waiting and came running out the door and took Bugsy out of my car. Unfortunately it was too late to save him, but they went above and beyond what could have been expected in that situation. Their compassion on that day and the sympathy that they have extended to me after this tragedy is something I certainly didn't expect and frankly think is rare these days. They truly care.P.
