Avoid this rathole at all cost!!! Staff is horrible. The three little girls that work the counter are the rudest. We walked in to be greeted by a girl in a softball shirt with "why are you here?". ...
Avoid this rathole at all cost!!! Staff is horrible. The three little girls that work the counter are the rudest. We walked in to be greeted by a girl in a softball shirt with "why are you here?". This was our first visit.
Our second visit we returned to pickup our dog. We were informed our dog (rescue) tested positive for heartworm heavy. We asked what that meant and were told by the blond girl "you can buy these pills for heartworm or these for heartworm and flea" This was repeated. I asked what the difference was and again it was repeated. I asked if the ONLY difference was between worm and flea. The blond responded "yes". So there's no difference in cost? She rolled her eyes and responded "yes" They changed me $200+ dollars and wanted more. customer service is horrible. Will never return

The only reason why this place gets any stars is because I like Dr. Edwards. The receptionist (s) have no manners at all. Called there today to see if I could get my dogs nails trimmed. Was told I could bring them around 1:30. Did...and was rudely turned away from the lady at the desk. No one said you'd be there alone when I called. As a matter of fact. ..I've seen this happen to another lady not too long ago. To have such a wonderful vet....your front desk personnel sure could use a crash course on manners. A Poor person's money is as good as the rich. No worries..... I'll be taking my animals to Cabot from now on. And sure won't recommend this office to anyone.
Update: so, I gave this office another try! Apparently I tend to forget that people have bad days! Took my babies up to be weighed and to get flea meds. They were wonderful! I actually called back to schedule a visit for them both next week to get updated on shots and things. I didn't even get their names! Thanks ladies! Luke, Leia and I will see you next week! And...I will be recommending you to others!

I got what I needed when I visited, but the staff wasn't friendly at all. As soon as I walked in they stared at me, didn't smile, as if I were inconveniencing them. Especially unsettling for a first visit. The nicest person there was a fellow customer. Definitely wouldn't go back there.

This is the only place I will ever bring my animals. Dr. Edwards is a great vet, you can tell that he really loves animals. The staff is very compassionate and friendly.

Dr. Edwards has been our fur babies vet for many years, and he knows his medicine. His front office staff, Janet, has also been with him for many years, knowing many pet parents on sight! The Vet techs are kind and you can tell that they all love their jobs. I trust my babies health with Dr. Matt and so do most of the people in Lonoke! He's always busy!

Horrible practice. I was warned by many not to go here but tried it anyways. One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. They make it quite obvious that you are just a number and that you and your pet aren't that important. I wonder if there was another vet in Lonoke if they really could get away with treating pets and local families so poorly. Took my services to Hazen and the vet and staff couldn't have been more kind, attentive and did I mention much more affordable?!

My dog had fleas real bad they got this pill there . you weight your dog and they give u a dose depending on there weight . it works wonders really
