Do NOT use this clinic!!! Please keep your pets safe and stay AWAY from this clinic! My pup received an in complete neuter and the clinic would do NOTHING to make it right. I'm a little disappointed in this vet. This was our first time using their boarding services. When I made the appointment to have my babies boarded for a week, they told me to make sure I have shot records or they must have their rabies tags on. Both of my animals wear their tags at all times, along with their name tags. When I took my babies in, they asked that I leave my cat kennel and the dog leash. They assured me they would put it on top of their kennels in the back. The vet was great about calling me (while I was on vacation) when they noticed my cat scratching her ear often. They did a quick exam and discovered she had a double ear infection. I instructed them to give the medication to her that she needed for the infection. My disappointment came when we picked our babies up. Our dog was missing her leash, her collar, her name tag and her rabies tag. No one seems to know where it is or what happened to them. They claim that I must have taken it with me. I absolutely did not, they requested that I leave it for them. When I dropped my animals off, I walked my dog in on a leash and I never took the leash off of her. Minor incident, however had the receptionist been a little more compassionate and not so adamant that she was right no matter what, I could have let swept this incident under the rug and not write a review. Several bucks later and a call to her ordinary vet (Hartman's, they no longer board), we are now set again. I will be finding a new boarding facility in the future. Read Less

I took my 9 year old schnauzer to Dr. Wadley on the advice of a friend; not my usual vet and I had some misgivings after reading a couple of negative comments here. My dog came through oral surgery with less fuss, cost, and discomfort than with the same surgery two years ago. The office staff was friendly and answered all my questions. This is a 'frills-free' vet office, and they won't 'upsell' what your pet doesn't need. We received first-rate care. Will come here from now on. Read Less

I love this vet! I’ve been to them with a cat & my sweet little puppy, Thor & they have been nothing but kind and helpful!! They don’t get angry with my dog’s high energy level & they love on him & always treat me kindly when I’m there! Today, April 24th 2017, I arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment. I as usual found frowning faces behind the reception desk. I was glad to get there with my two dogs, and looking forward to getting their shots and heart worm test. Prior to my appointment, I had asked area vet clinics if nail trimming was free with similar services, and the answer was usually, "yes". I only chose Mayflower Clinic because it is the closest, thinking that their nail service would be free or discounted. Especially for the large sum of money to be spent. Well, when I asked the women at the counter, if nail trimming was free or discounted. You could of heard hell freeze over again and again.. The response was, "ask the doctor", accompanied by the usual frowns. Then of course I asked the, "doctor", well hell froze again, he snidely remarked, "you ask your doctor to cut your nails for free"...I could not believe the unprofessional response...I quickly asked him, "what did you say", he responded in the same snide tone, "ask your doctor"....Wow!...I responded, "was that supposed to be funny", he just starred at me. This was the straw that broke the camel's back,,, I responded again, "that's enough-please cancel my appointment", I left feeling bad that I was treated with such disrespect. I just was asking for what the other area vets offer for free...Prior to this appointment, I suffered through other frowning, Mayflower Clinic vet appointments, sometimes redeeming themselves with an occasional smile...occasional. Sometimes, while visiting this clinic, I would get to talk to a nice person. But of course, they would be gone the next visit...My future vet visits will be with a personable staff, at least professional staff...I regret to have been driven to write this post, but I feel that others should know... They gave me a appointment with the veteran with in a hour of calling about my poor dog ..who was very sick..they told me upfront what they believe my dog had and gave me a very good estsment of how much it was gonna cost.. very pleased with the service my dog received and he seems to be doing better now... Dr Wadley and his staff are in my opinion the best veterinarian in the entire Littlerock area. His prices beat any I've seen and you get that small town very personal touch that is lacking in many animal clinics. My service Dog Mugsy goes there every month to get his pedicure and his wellness checkups each year. Before I got Mugsy I had a 10 year old boxer named Wolfgang who also went to Doc Wadley and when it came time to put him down due to brain cancer....I knew he was in the best of hands. My mother also takes her Dog there and a dear friend of mine takes his 2 precious rescued girls there too. We all live in Maumelle & there isn't an Animal Clinic in this town that We would trust with our furbabies over Dr. Wadley. By the way he has the the same care and compassion as he treats his own pets. Also he has the best support staff . They take their tt rush you through like so many Animal clinic's do. I have personally witnessed Dr. Wadley purposefully make an animal sick during an exam just so that the animal could come back for weeks after, for painful Mitaban Dips to help with the Demodectic mange brought on by the steroid shot he gave the dog, even after advised by the senior veterinarian to NOT give the shot because it would bring the mange back. He also admitted to me that he DOES NOT care anything about animals, and is only in it for the money. I loved the clients and patients at the Mayflower Animal Clinic more than anything when I worked there as Dr. Tammy Martindale's faithful receptionist, and it breaks my heart that this man has fooled so many into thinking that he actually cares.Read Less

Hi-pro service - Dr. Robert Wadley is an experienced veterinarian and it shows. They have lower prices than the local clinics in Conway & Maumelle I checked. I brought my miniature schnauzer to Dr. Wadley today for an emergency c section today and every one was wonderful have never use him before. Will for sure be useing him again. I not only left with a healthy dog but 6 six male babys they almost lost brought him bake to life everyone so kind and sincere he saw that we were still at the clinc after hours and stopped back by to make sure everything was ok. I can not believe the service or better yet should i say rejection, my boyfriend received from them. Monday my boyfriends shed caught on fire and my dog and her week old puppies were in there. After going in the burning building and saving them, he rushed them to what he though would be the closest vet possible. When getting to the mayflower vet clinic, he ran inside and explained what happened. They told him they could not help him. One lady even came outside and looked at the mom and her puppies and still said "I can not help you without an appointment." They then told him to go to a vets office in maumelle and turns out that the vets office they sent him to wasn't even open. I am very aggravated at the service. They will never again be seen by us again and we have not put a good word out for them. Many people we know who go there will be changing their vets office. Terrible customer service! I took one cat in to get neutered a couple months ago and was annoyed with the poor service, but decided to return when my 14.5year old cat began having really bad diarrhea. Clients should not have to wait to be acknowledged for that long when they walk into a room that small--put your cell phone down! Both the tech and the doctor kept referring to my spayed female as a "he" even after being corrected multiple times-unacceptable! Barely gave us the time of day in the exam room and treated us like we were worried over nothing. I've worked in animal care for the last ten years, if I bring my cat in for diarrhea it's because it's serious. They gave us some pro-biotic and sent us away. After her diarrhea got worse-not better-we took her to another vet. Her thyroid was swollen (which Dr. Wadley could have felt if he had bothered to palpitate her) and her T4 was off the charts. Diagnosis: Hyperthyroidism (quite serious if left untreated), not panicky owners and a mild case of diarrhea. If we'd continued to bring our cat here, who knows how much money we would have spent and how sick she would have gotten before she was accurately diagnosed.
