I have been taking my dog there for a few years now. I like that they have bundled shot deals. When she was sick, they got her in right away. treated her accurately, and took the care and time to be with her. When she had surgery, they sent me pictures and text messages updates throughout the day and then took the time to go over in detail after care, what was needed and answered all my questions. All the people treat my dog with love and could not ask for a better Vet Clinic. They squeeze her in for a nail trim any time I call. No matter how busy they might be, they can take 5 minutes to do her nails. only positive things to say about the clinic.

Vets are not cheap. Vets are not miracle workers. Animals cannot tell us what is wrong when they are hurting. Dr. Mary Emerick has been so amazing and patient with all of our pet (we have 6!!!!) and I will continue to take my babies there as long as we live here! The techs are amazing and I have had amazing customer service here. If you believe your pet is having an emergency, speak up. I did, and my beautiful babies were taken care of as quickly as possible and with amazing care. Number one vet in NLR, hands down!

Had my chiweenie in on Friday. They gave him pills that were too strong and caused him to not be able to use his back legs. Fiance called about it and sthey aid they'd switch the pills and call back a...
Had my chiweenie in on Friday. They gave him pills that were too strong and caused him to not be able to use his back legs. Fiance called about it and sthey aid they'd switch the pills and call back and tell him how much. He had to call again and Erica said she called before they close at noon. It's now 130 and he's in pain and still can't use his back legs. He's being treated for a kidney infection but said this morning if it's worse to take him somewhere else? If they could accurately diagnose him since he was taken in for a seizure we wouldn't be trying to comfort him without medication we paid for. Extremely disappointed in the customer service.

Fiance called about it and sthey aid they'd switch the pills and call back and tell him how much. He had to call again and Erica said she called before they close at noon. It's now 130 and he's in pain and still can't use his back legs. He's being treated for a kidney infection but said this morning if it's worse to take him somewhere else? If they could accurately diagnose him since he was taken in for a seizure we wouldn't be trying to comfort him without medication we paid for. Extremely disappointed in the customer service.

The staff is so professional, friendly, and caring toward the animals! They treat them like family, which is how I feel about my doggies :) I will definitely be getting her teeth cleaned annually. They look so healthy and her breath is not so stinky!

Dr. Emerick communicates exacatly what the pet is experiencing and what to expect from the treatment. This doctor is truly an animal advocate. Having rescued many animals over the years, we have encountered numerous issues. Dr. Emerick has always been there for us to lean on and to help us make informed decisions about our precious sweethearts. I can't express strongly enough how much her services have meant to our family.

I have been taking my dog there for a few years now. I like that they have bundled shot deals. When she was sick, they got her in right away. treated her accurately, and took the care and time to be with her. I travel from East End, AR area to North Little Rock to stay with Dr Emerick because she is the best! The most caring veterinarian I've ever met. She has been the life saver for me and my fur babies. I trust her with my fur babies and them being what I call my children that is saying a lot. You can't go wrong with Dr Emerick. I am so thankful for her and her staff. Love them so much!

I dropped our weiner dog off today for teeth cleaning and I was nervous about it but everything went wonderful and she came home in good spirits. Her teeth are so WHITE!!! Like puppy white!! The staff is so professional, friendly, and caring toward the animals! They treat them like family, which is how I feel about my doggies :) I will definitely be getting her teeth cleaned annually. They look so healthy and her breath is not so stinky!

At Park Hill Pet Clinic the doctor and staff are extremely competant, caring and professional. Each pet is treated as an individual and is greeted and treated warmly. Dr. Emerick communicates exacatly what the pet is experiencing and what to expect from the treatment. This doctor is truly an animal advocate. Having rescued many animals over the years, we have encountered numerous issues. Dr. Emerick has always been there for us to lean on and to help us make informed decisions about our precious sweethearts. I can't express strongly enough how much her services have meant to our family.
