My Pete went in with kidney failure. They had to keep him in the hospital for a few days, but they let me go in and see him every day. They called with updates daily. Dr. Roberts and her staff took such great care of my little Samson. He was very very sick and they helped bring him back to life. He's 10 weeks old today and without everyone on staff, he probably wouldn't have made it. Everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable. They made me feel very comfortable leaving little Samson in their hands. I will recommend them to everyone. I can't say enough about how great they made this experience. Here's the best thing I can say about them. On the hardest day any pet parent can face Dr Roberts was so kind but gave me the truth and then let me have some time to prepare. The entire staff was on hand to help me say goodbye. Still one of the saddest days of my life, but knowing how much they cared about me and my baby and the love they gave us both that day can bring a smile to my face when I remember. The staff is wonderful to my two cats and dog. They love on them just like I would and when I'm away and have to leave them there, I have zero concerns or worries. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and does a great job explaining treatments etc. to us so we are sure to understand everything before any decision is made. Boulevard has been excellent across the board. I have boarded my two girls (Happy Lab blends - is that a breed?) there twice and both times they came home in good health. When I had a concern about a lump on one of my girls, the veterinarian took time to examine her and to conduct the proper test (cellular analysis) immediately - They did not waste any time in examining her, nor did they try to "upsell" me on services. I got an answer to a scary question and fortunately, it was a good answer. This year, when I traveled with the girls (they both ride in the cab of the truck) I had forgotten their heartworm pills - I called Boulevard and (Kim) immediately sent a copy of the girls' file to my Wyoming veterinary clinic so that I could keep the girls on their protective schedule. Boulevard is helpful, they take owner concerns seriously, the facility is clean, cost is more than reasonable, and one gets a sense that they really like what they do -- a key element that I check for before leaving my girls anywhere. Three different experiences with Boulevard; all of them good - this tells me that my girls are in a safe place when I have to leave them. Quality medical care is not just a demand of people - My girls are getting that. I have had many terrific veterinarian services in three different states -- service in the profession still stands, apparently -- and am pleased to add Boulevard to that list.
