I didn’t make it into actually see the vet. I was instead blamed for not making my appointment time which I have as noon and she said “no, it was 11:00”. She automatically put the blame on me so we left with our sick bunny. I’m sure the vets are great as noted in these reviews but based on our treatment today I’ll just drive to another vet. Read Less

Wow...I can't say enough good things about everyone here. Moving from another state with my baby, who "has leveled up" as we call it and gained much experience along his way. We were very picky about choosing a new care provider for him. We are very determined in our maintenance routine at home, and keep things as natural as possible, without adding in man made medicines. Machines pain is managed as well as his appetite, without harmful chemical. Finding a care provider that would be accepting of his routine was important. Not only did we find a provider, we found an empathetic perfectionist! She calls from home to check on him, genuinely cares about his well being and isn't in it for the paycheck. We've been seeing Dr. Baeyens since 2008. Love her, love her daughter (Dr. Baeyens the younger), and love Dr. Hauk. They're excellent vets, their clinic is professionally run and very caring, and the care my animals receive there is the best. They always address my concerns and can always work us in. Dr. Katie Baeyens has taken such interest in caring for our Great Pyrenees pup, going way beyond the standard procedures of new puppy visits. Katie has counseled us on nutrition, obedience training, visits to the dog park and so much more that goes into owning a large breed dog. I absolutely love this clinic! It is so warm and inviting with a real welcoming environment. One vet came out from behind the desk and sat in the floor and played with my dog while I was filling out papers for my dog to board. The office staff is wonderful, as are the other doctors.
