My dog was sick. I took him into this clinic and he died in the waiting room. I know after the fact that he was beyond saving but when he was dying on their waiting room floor I asked for help and the staff was rude and showed no compassion nor did they attempt to come into the waiting room to even see what was going on. When the doctor came out and called my name apparently unaware of what was going on, I was asked to bring my dead dog into a room. There was blood every where and they didn't offer assistance or offer to give me anything to pick him up with to avoid getting the rectal blood on myself. I had to make them get him. It was bad enough that I lost my pet but they made this emotional moment a very unpleasant memory with their behavior. I went to this clinic based on others saying how good it was. I can't speak for others experience but mine was horrible. The doctor was the only pleasant one but was not made aware by his staff what was going on so when he came out calling my name as if nothing was going on just poured salt into the wound. All I can say is he at least had the decency to not charge me an office visit. Read Less
