My husband and I brought two fur babies into our lives November 2016. Since then we've been regular customers. The medical staff has treated us practically like family since day one. They've watched our babies grow and are always excited to see them. They've taken extra time during vaccines to make sure it wasn't a traumatic experience and have been patient with us and ALL our questions. We've found the staff at the Boutique very helpful. In addition, I really appreciate the quality merchandise they carry. I've saved the best for last, I can't say enough about the Play Care & staff. I'm such a protective mamma, but I know I'm leaving them in good hands. I can't tell who's more excited when we drop them off, the puppies or the staff! Aside from everyone being so nice and welcoming. My dog loves going there. Our last visit I was taking my dog in for shots, and typically she shakes or whines because she's not a fan of the vets office, but at Pawsh my dog walked right in as opposed to being carried and her tail never stopped wagging. The vet and the vet techs explain everything I need to know, they take excellent care of my dog and they even called the next day to check how my dog was feeling after her shots! Just started taking on baby Kiaya here a last month and I have to say we are very happy to have decided to try another vet after not being so happy with the last one. We just felt the other vet was not as thorough as issues that we kept addressing were not being taken seriously as to try and correct the problem and make our girl better. First visit to Pawsh we were so happy with Dr. Chancellor and how she took the time to listen to our concerns and really thoroughly examine our girl. We found out she needed to have a surgery to help with the frequent UTI's that she was experiencing. Dr. Hatt preformed the surgery and did a excellent job. She is 2 days post op and healing very well with no complications. I know this is going to make our girl live a healthier happier life now and not been so miserable and in pain anymore. I am very happy with Pawsh! I called on a Thursday for a Well Pup visit, and had an appointment for 2 days later. Technically, I could have been seen the following day, but it didn't fit into my schedule. The facility is clean, easy to get to, and spacious. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They treated me and my pup with respect and explained all the things that would be good to keep my pup healthy. Dr. Chancellor was awesome! She got down on the floor with my pup, and by the end of her exam, my pup was literally flopped over letting her rub his belly. Haha I am glad I have chosen Pawsh for his Vet. While on vacation my dog broke out in bad hives. She was staying with my friend and Pawsh was able to get Daisy seen and treated the same day. Not only that, the price for her exam and treatment was almost unbelievable. They took my payment easily over the phone since I was out of state. We moved from Omaha, NE to Fairfield, CA in Sept. I was searching for a vet who was familiar with IVDD, and I reached out to my FB friend Teanna Fecht. She recommended Pawsh Place without hesitation. I had my first appointment with Dr. Hatt this past week. I was immensely impressed with the friendly front staff, who promptly weighed Doji and was immediately shown into a exam room. I met with Sallie, the vet tech who took Doji's history. Then Sallie did something I've never experienced before. She actually sat on the floor and coaxed Doji over to her and managed to calm him down!! That was awesome! When I met Dr. Hatt, she knew exactly how to exam Doji with calm, soothing thoroughness... and knew exactly what was troubling him! She was very interested in his well-being and gave some advice on how to keep Doji on his weight/back management. I will be a repeat, constant customer. Now Pawsh Place will have my other furbaby... I've never been happier with a veterinary experience as I am today. I literally JUST left the office with Tiger. I originally had Tiger at Sunset Animal Clinic but the trip to/from was really taking its toll on Tiger, as well as some other issues I had with Sunset. So I took to Social Media asking for referrals and looking up vets in the area. I found 3 in the immediate vicinity of my apartment but landed on Pawsh Place because of the positive reviews both on Facebook and Yelp. I called and made Tiger an appointment and today was the day. Probably abnormal to bring a pet in when nothing is wrong but I wanted to get Tiger established with a local vet while he was in good health. Our appointment was at 9am and the front reception greeted us and welcomed us as new clients of Pawsh Place. We were immediately given a room and Tiger was free to roam the room (something his previous vet discouraged). The vet assistant came in and took down info for Tiger and his temperature. Moments later Dr. Hatt came in. Normally at Tiger's other vet this would be the moment I would have to get Tiger up on the counter and "subdue" him for the exam. But I was really happy and impressed with Dr. Hatt and her assistant. They coaxed Tiger out of the corner he was hiding in and conducted a very thorough exam. All the while I was able to sit and observe answering questions as needed. After the physical exam Dr. Hatt stated that Tiger was in good health and said she could offer me lab work for Tiger. Given that the last time Tiger EVER had lab work was well over 10 years ago I agreed. I fully expected the wait time that followed his blood draw. Thank God for smart phones to keep me busy lol and Tiger hid in his carrier. Dr. Hatt came in and delivered amazing news that Tiger was VERY healthy for his age, slightly higher cholestoral but expected considering he was overweight. I asked about his weight and what to do (the infamous question I've asked Tiger's previous vet numerous times with no viable solution) Dr. Hatt gave me some amazing suggestions including the treat ball idea where he has to work for the food thus making him active. When I was leaving the front desk staff again took the time to make sure we were happy and was willing to work with my part cash / part card payment which was really awesome. Dr. Hatt and her staff have won Tiger and I over and honestly the visit went so well I am REALLY looking forward to his next visit. That has to be the weirdest statement for a pet owner to make but I really enjoyed the visit, the staff, and the atmosphere of the place. I think Tiger did amazing and enjoyed it as well. Read Less

It was my first time taking my dog to a vet, we have taken her to like small clinics to get her shots though. But the experience here was amazing, they are definitely affordable, which is good because I am on a very tight budget, but the vet really made sure that my dog was comfortable and wasn't hurting when she gave her any shots, which is really good because when we took her to a clinic my dog tried to bite them. My dog kinda hates everyone but she really liked the vet, she even gave her kisses on her nose which she only does to close family.
