This clinic is absolutely amazing. The staff is energetic, friendly, and caring and you can tell they love the pets that come in. I've been taking both my dog and cat here for several years now and they always treat both my babies with love. Dr. Silverman is very knowledgeable and genuine. They're not after your money like some places, they actually only recommend what is necessary for your pets and care about giving the best treatment possible. They always call me back promptly and I never have any problems getting an appointment with them. They also call you to check in on your pets to see how they're doing after your visit. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone!

Bad memories from this place. One great vet. Dr. Capper, not the same opinion about the owner, Dr. SILVERMAN , who once that Dr Capper was not in, was who checked on.my.orecious dog Lady, for some digestive problem. Took and xray from her AND misdiagnosed The xray saying she had a foreign.object in.her stomach...which obviously would have to.be removed by surgery. I was not happy with this diagnose, so requested the xray and went the same night with my dog and my Melchor, to the xray center in Ventura...and show them the xray.. to know, to begin with that they had stamped on it a wrong.date, from days before or gave me a wrong xray...therefore I had to pay for a.New xray.. . The results...happy for me, deadly.for Dr. SILVERMAN. The dark spot in.my.dog's stomach was simply GAS. Lucky.my.dog, she escaped a totally unnecesary, very major surgery that would have risked her life and emptied my pockets. I had a witness with me that night,my dear neighbor who accompanied me to the radiological center, she heard everything.
I considered the clinic did not deserve to be paid, so I declined the check I.paid with; they have to be very thankful.I did not go.for a law suit for negligent practice.
This is not all, not long ago I.went to this same clinic seeking for just rabies vaccine for my.three dogs. Once the two ladies at the front desk got my.name....and probably saw in their records my unpaid check....they looked at each other with secrecy and.mystery, and proceeded to.treat me like a criminal The two.women.we're literally bitches. Rude, impolite, and utterly disgusting. I told them...before you act like that with a long lost past excellent client..you better know what happened. So, yes VERY BAD MEMORIES OFVTHUS CLINIC

Brad and Marc treated my critters for the better part of 20 years. The only reason I stopped going to AAC is that I moved out of the area. Both of the guys and their various staff were always support...
Brad and Marc treated my critters for the better part of 20 years. The only reason I stopped going to AAC is that I moved out of the area. Both of the guys and their various staff were always supportive and did everything they could. Though quite westernized in their approach, if I found info or a new treatment option by researching and it made sense, Brad was willing to try. I wouldn't hesitate to go back if geographic hindrance wasn't an issue.

This clinic is absolutely amazing. The staff is energetic, friendly, and caring and you can tell they love the pets that come in. I've been taking both my dog and cat here for several years now and they always treat both my babies with love. Dr. Silverman is very knowledgeable and genuine.
