Me: "...I just overheard a fax machine in the background"

Me: "...I just overheard a fax machine in the background"
Vet tech: "Oh, we don't fax prescriptions to online pharmacies..."
Me: "...I never said the word 'online'..."
Vet tech: "We've just had problems before when faxing..."
Me: "Oh?...What are you faxing right now?"
Vet tech: "Medical records..."
Me: "So, you've had enough problems with faxing prescriptions to stop faxing them, but not enough to stop faxing medical records?"
Vet tech: "It's just not something we do..."
I get it-- you want to create as many obstacles as possible to prevent people from filling prescriptions elsewhere, so as to continue to ask the markups you do. So much so, that I've decided to not only fill my prescriptions elsewhere, I'm going to get them prescribed elsewhere as well.
Take your business to a Vet with ethical practices-- this isn't the one.

Found our veterinarian! I first took my Yorkie in for a check up after being concerned with his swollen paw, and was impressed by their customer service and Doctor Lu's knowledge and insightful tips. Going in for a second time for a follow up shot, their technician was quick to care for my dog. Even without office visits, their front desk and doctors were able to give advice quickly over the phone when I was concerned about my dog's reaction to antibiotics. Lastly, they have automated email reminders for appointments - helpful to have when you've got a busy schedule.

I had to take my dog to Providence today because she got a foxtail in her ear. She was in terrible pain. The whole experience was very traumatic because she is a rescue dog and does not trust anyone. She is very vicious and has to wear a muzzle at the vet's. Nonetheless, Dr. Clemens and the technicians managed to extract the foxtail, and vaccinate, and clip my dog's claws, under extreme duress. Thank you, Providence!

We just started taking our Mastiff puppy here. I drive pretty far to get here because the reviews were so good. It's been worth it. We've had 2 visits so far and I love the staff they are so sweet and they get you in and out so you aren't waiting to long with your pet. They seem really knowledgeable on different breeds which was a concern of mine because I have a giant breed dog. I'm definitely happy with my choice.

Dr Woolley is awesome. She is always so sweet and seems to try to avoid unnecessary extra tests and expenses. I've also called her at the clinic to ask a question a few times and she always calls me back (or has someone call to relay her message)! She seems thorough and observant and she never seems over-alarmed about anything. I'm so grateful! I thought our dog was at death's door- two weeks later and she's back to normal. And I didn't have to pay any crazy expensive bills. :)

The staff at Providence is the absolute best! They have helped tremendously with questions for a first time dog owner such as myself, and provide great care while my dog is boarded over the weekend at their location. After my most recent visit, I was provided toys that my dog had left behind on a previous stay that they had saved for me. The staff continues to go above and beyond, and I cannot think of a better location to send my pet.

I Took one of my cats here for a check up and de-wormer. The Vet didn't lay one hand on my cat to check her and just said she looks fine and sent me on my way with the worm medicine. A few months later another one of my cats was having a skin issue so I reluctantly went back to this clinic. The Vet seemed more competent this time. He recommended a couple shots to help my cat with his itching. The whole time my cat was playing and exploring the room like a happy cat, even after getting his temperature read. The Vet took him to the back room away from us so that his techs could administer the shots and we were sent to the lobby. 50 minutes go by and we're still waiting! While waiting we hear a cat howling and freaking out. Since we have never heard these sounds from our cat in all the times we taken him to other vets for shots, we assumed that it was someone else's cat. They finally come out with our cat, after an hour of waiting, and tell us that he lost a tooth and that he was the one making all that noise. Why didn't anyone come and get us to sooth our cat? They said he pryed his own tooth out biting at the bars of the carrier to get away from them. My cat is a very friendly and social cat. "What did you do to him"?

A few months later another one of my cats was having a skin issue so I reluctantly went back to this clinic. The Vet seemed more competent this time.
