They've been so great! I had a really sick kitten that was abandoned. She'd been brought into the pet store I work at and they let me rush in with her that day. With their help she's gone from a half dead 3 week old baby, to an 8 week old blaze of fire running around my house at top speed! I have a 6 month old Husky puppy "Keshy" that went into the neutering process last Monday. I had the surgery done over in Fremont thinking that I had found the perfect hospital; however, due to my puppy's high energy, the wound opened up after a couple of days. I had to find a hospital to take him to so that his surgery site wouldn't get infected. I am so happy that I decided to go into Providence Vet Hospital for care. We received excellent service, everybody was friendly, efficient and most importantly concerned for my pup. We discovered a lump on my beautiful dog Pebbles' neck, which was hard. It started to bleed profusely shortly thereafter. A mass was fpund underneath, which was cancerous. Dr. Clemens performed the surgery and got the whole mass out. My sweet girl is now recovering at home. Dr. Clemens is not only a wonderful vet, but a very kind and caring person as well. She. And the entire staff, from reception to vet techs, treated my girl with such affection and care, and helped calm a very nervous and worried dad's nerves. They have helped tremendously with questions for a first time dog owner such as myself, and provide great care while my dog is boarded over the weekend at their location. After my most recent visit, I was provided toys that my dog had left behind on a previous stay that they had saved for me. We have been bringing our pets to Providence Vet Hospital for several years now. We had been looking for a new veterinarian for our doxie and our cat for quite some time. We absolutely love Dr. Woolley! She is so patient, kind and extremely calm. Our doxie is almost 10 years old and under Dr. Woolley's care, he has flourished. He now weighs what he should and we have his seizures under control through proper medication. We also brought our geriatric cat in to see Dr. Randall Miller and he was just as nice and thorough. When it came time to decide we had to put our cat down, the entire staff was caring, kind and very thoughtful at a very difficult time for us. The facility is clean and the staff are knowledgeable and professional. Its is also fairly easy to get appointments with short notice. We have taken our two senior pugs to Providence Vet Clinic since we moved to the area about a year ago. The staff is extremely helpful and good at what they do. They are always up front regarding charges and do their best to help you make the best decisions for your pets while understanding that pet care can be expensive.
