They are very kind and caring. They have helped some of my cats when they were sick. Some others could not be helped due to the degree of their illness or me not being able to afford the cost of the treatment. The Doctors and the staff have always been knowledgeable, patient, understanding and truly compassionate. They care for my kitties and me too. When I would have to have one of my sweet cats put down, the Doctors and Staff would comfort me. I have 12 (indoor only) cats now and I wish I was rich enough to take care of them in the best way. This hospital has it all: top certification, cutting-edge technology, superior animal care services, award-winning veterinarians, convenient locations and hours, on-site boarding facilities, and caring, knowledgeable, expert staff/vets/surgeons. We called in with a pet who had lost interest in food and seemed lethargic. The staff encouraged us to come in that night without an appointment and let us know we might have to wait between regular clients. We were seen very quickly, nonetheless, and after an expert examination, were given a recommendation for surgery to avert a life-threatening condition. Our pet received superb care and the surgery saved her life. We were given numerous options for how to proceed, and full follow-up with diagnosis, surgery information, medication and after-care. The care is very affordable in comparison to other facilities. They have a fully interactive website where our pets each have their own page and picture, health history, medications list, and even a built in medication reminder. We can set up appointments through this portal, set recurring reminders, and access resources regarding health care, medical conditions, and general community sharing.
