Took my two dogs in for dentals and immunizations. One did fine. The other died 2 days later. Dr. Cooke, upon examination, said she had a heart murmur. He said he wasnβt sure if it was due to her being nervous, her breed, age, ect. Whitney barely looked up and when she finally did I asked if Dr. Cooke was done with surgery. She said yes but he was seeing patients. This woman showed no compassion whatsoever. She said he would call me at around 4. Well itβs now around 7pm and I never heard from anyone. I left a message stating my feelings and disappointment on the office answering machine. This experience was tragic for me and I continue to mourn the loss of my precious little girl. I would never show this lack of compassion to one of my patients or their families. Read Less
