This is the only place I'll take my dog. Doctor is knowledgeable, staff is friendly and accommodating and they don't force unnecessary procedures and tests unless they're needed.

Dr. Stone saved my dog's life. They have always been reasonable and offer honest cheaper alternatives when safe and possible.

I was in the unfortunate position to assist a Neghbor who had recently became homeless find a forever home for two of his four kitties which I rescued from outside my apartment complex. The kitties were let out to fend for them selves but were extremely frightened lacking the "Fight or Flight" options that natively outdoor cats possess. They were so terrified they could not eat or drink.
The Kitties were seen by Central Animal Hospital who was their current Veterinarian. I called Central Animal Hospital To see if they would be willing to help find a new home for these scared and lost kitties. I was hopeful that Central Animal Hospital would have compassion for the pets they see and offer some minimal assistance.
But They didn't seem to care about their clients best interests and suggested only the simple obvious choices of finding shelters or "CraigsList", and distinctly felt that I was being told "It's your problem not ours".
Central Animal Hospital couldn't even produce one or two Preferred shelter suggestions when asked. At this point I was getting the distinct feeling that the representative who answered the phone for Central Animal Hospital was too busy to deal with a simple request to help locate a safe haven for these kitties.
I began to think that because there was not going to be any profit to help these kitties that Central Animal Hospital's care only exists when there is profit to be made.
If you are Central Animal Hospital's customer, I beg you to be aware of Central Animal Hospital's motivations and limitations which impact their compassion for our pets we love and care for.
Thank you.
