VCA Bascom Animal Hospital is simply the best experience we have enjoyed with veterinary and animal hospital services. The staff genuinely cares about the pet and owner. Treatment is truly taylor-fit to each pet. Definitely worth 5 stars!

Poor Stella had an eye infection. They put dye in her eyes and made sure no scratches on her cornia. Gave me some medicine, showed me how to administer it, etc. I've been coming here for years! They a...
Poor Stella had an eye infection. They put dye in her eyes and made sure no scratches on her cornia. Gave me some medicine, showed me how to administer it, etc. I've been coming here for years! They are super friendly, helpful, caring people who love animals. The doctors do change over. So if you really like a doctor, it is important to book with that doctor only, otherwise you will get 1 of the 3 that is currently on duty at this vca.

I adopted my pup in late July. Her first visit was free, which was great! Had to go back last week with her because she got herself a case of doggy pink eye and they were really great with her (and me).
They're especially convenient if you live off of union Ave because it's just a quick walk up Apricot st to get there.

I had just the opposite experience. I took my dog in and she was throwing up. She could have done alot of tests but she didn't. She was right on. The only thing I paid for was the antibiotic. Never tr...
I had just the opposite experience. I took my dog in and she was throwing up. She could have done alot of tests but she didn't. She was right on. The only thing I paid for was the antibiotic. Never tried to sell me anything, just the opposite. The Vet said she could run a lot of tests, but she didn't think it was necessary. I don't know why the other lady had a bad experience, but I wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else.

No, me thinks not. Got a weird vibe when I took my dog for vaccination, it seemed they were just trying to sell stuff. Wasn't allowed to be present during the procedure and now that my dog got sick two days after the visit they are "too busy" to see him. Thumbs down.

Poor Stella had an eye infection. They put dye in her eyes and made sure no scratches on her cornia. Gave me some medicine, showed me how to administer it, etc. I've been coming here for years! They are super friendly, helpful, caring people who love animals. The doctors do change over. So if you really like a doctor, it is important to book with that doctor only, otherwise you will get 1 of the 3 that is currently on duty at this vca.

I had just the opposite experience. I took my dog in and she was throwing up. She could have done alot of tests but she didn't. She was right on. The only thing I paid for was the antibiotic. Never tried to sell me anything, just the opposite. The Vet said she could run a lot of tests, but she didn't think it was necessary. I don't know why the other lady had a bad experience, but I wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else.
