Dr. Mushkot is very caring. He has treated all of our pets over the years with skill and compassion. He is thorough yet conservative. He understands we want the best for our beloved pets but is very reasonable and does not do unnecessary tests or lab work. He is the best! Read Less

My usual vet sadly passed away so when my dog began having seizures yesterday morning, I took him to Adobe. It was so frightening to witness his seizures, he couldn't walk, lost control of his bowels, vomited, and he was extremely confused. I walked into Adobe with my sick dog, my 3 year old daughter and tears rolling down my face. I was told by girl in front office that since they were closing in one hour, so they had to turn us away. Really? In one hour, the doctor couldn't quickly take a look at my sick dog. I asked her if this was a life or death situation because I didn't know if my dog could die or not. She responded that the doctor was on the phone and asked me if she wanted me to interrupt his phone call. They obviously didn't care about my dog so I walked out the door and went to another vet who was able to help my dog. I wouldn't recommend this vet to anyone who has an emergency situation. I cannot comment on the doctor himself because I was not able to see or talk with him. He may be a great doctor if you have an appointment, but the front staff and the Manager couldn't care less about animals. Read Less

This pet hospital is a small, old adobe building way out in Canyon Country. Besides the humble office, Dr. Mushkot gives our cat and dog lots of affection and is very nice. His veterinary clinic is the most reasonable place in Santa Clarita, and the quality of care is first-rate. It pains me to ignore our local vet (2 blocks away), but the trip to Adobe is always worth it. Read Less
