Was there for my cat to get her 1st shots and when it was time to take her back they came out to get her (in her cage) took her to the back for about 5mins then came back out. 1st time visitor and feel very comfortable. Will be seeing doctor Craig and the lovely ladies 3 times a week for treatments for my baby kitty. She’s 16 and had kidney failure. I love this place! My dogs are all so happy with the excellent and caring staff, always there for us over the years. I trust them to the max, Dr. Zimmer and Jessica in particular have gone above and beyond...but all the staff is wonderful. Office is nice and clean, I have recommended many friends to go there and never an issue, reasonably priced, and we travel two hours each direction to continue to go there since we moved. I brought my Pug to see Dr. Zimmer when I first moved down here and he was having a problem that no other Vet that I had seen in the previous 2 years could diagnose. They would all just say he aspirated and prescribe antibiotics. Dr. Zimmer took the time to ask questions and figured out with his big book that my poor Odie had Megaesophagus. A condition where he couldn't get his food down to his stomach normally and needed to be held up to have the help of gravity. After this he hasn't had a aspiration episode since. Read Less

I really like Dr.Zimmer. I am going to that clinic for 10 years. I live in Murrieta and try several dfferent clinics and always come back to "Not just 4 paws " for second opinion and treatments. I have had the fortune of owning several incredible dogs and the misfortune of these same loved dogs having complex medical histories. This has ranged from Cushing disease to enlarged hearts and respiratory failure to now thyroid issues. Dr. Zimmer was not only able to figure out the health issues and concerns but he was able to also devise an accurate treatment regimen that enabled my dogs to live mostly normal lives. My Bella had surgery here last week. Dr. Laura was amazing. Bellas only symptom was blood in urine but doctor was able to feel her abdomen and know that poor Bella had a bladder completely full and stretching out her bladder with stones, some of which were very large. Dr. Laura was very thorough and the staff was so caring and helpful to help with financing the surgery. In addition, they were able to perform surgery that SAME DAY and i received a follow up call the next day to check on her. I love this vet office and my Bella feeling much better. Thank you! I have a rescue, yorkie doodle, that was raised in a puppy farm. The Vet here is amazing, Her "fixing" surgery left the smallest scar I have ever seen, he also pulled some teeth and did some dental care. I now have the happiest most playful dog in the world who is nothing but love and sunshine, thanks to the wonderful people at Not Just 4 Paws. My family goes there with 3 dogs and 3 cats and we get excellent treatment, service and respect every single interaction.
