So far my experience has been very positive. I have been able to get both pets an appointment when needed, the doctors, nurses (?), and receptionists have been great. The wait room is a bit small and can get ackward while waiting with my big dogs when there are a number of little dogs in the area but it has worked out so far.

Was there for my cat to get her 1st shots and when it was time to take her back they came out to get her (in her cage) took her to the back for about 5mins then came back out. Since all 3 of their exam rooms were full and all my cat needed were shots they took her to the tech area. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I love this place! My dogs are all so happy with the excellent and caring staff, always there for us over the years. I trust them to the max, Dr. Zimmer and Jessica in particular have gone above and beyond...but all the staff is wonderful. Office is nice and clean, I have recommended many friends to go there and never an issue, reasonably priced, and we travel two hours each direction to continue to go there since we moved. That should say a lot!

I brought my Pug to see Dr. Zimmer when I first moved down here and he was having a problem that no other Vet that I had seen in the previous 2 years could diagnose. They would all just say he aspirated and prescribe antibiotics. Dr. Zimmer took the time to ask questions and figured out with his big book that my poor Odie had Megaesophagus. A condition where he couldn't get his food down to his stomach normally and needed to be held up to have the help of gravity. After this he hasn't had a aspiration episode since.

I have had the fortune of owning several incredible dogs and the misfortune of these same loved dogs having complex medical histories. This has ranged from Cushing disease to enlarged hearts and respiratory failure to now thyroid issues. Dr. Zimmer was not only able to figure out the health issues and concerns but he was able to also devise an accurate treatment regimen that enabled my dogs to live mostly normal lives. I cannot say enough about someone who values my animal's life as much as I do. Watching my dogs thrive again following good treatment is such a gift. Thank you, Dr. Zimmer for the great care and excellent treatment. You go above and beyond for your clients, something far too rare these days.

My Bella had surgery here last week. Dr. Laura was amazing. Bellas only symptom was blood in urine but doctor was able to feel her abdomen and know that poor Bella had a bladder completely full and stretching out her bladder with stones, some of which were very large. Dr. Laura was very thorough and the staff was so caring and helpful to help with financing the surgery. In addition, they were able to perform surgery that SAME DAY and i received a follow up call the next day to check on her. I love this vet office and my Bella feeling much better. Thank you!

We live in Menifee and have been bringing our dogs to Not Just 4 Paws for about 12 years. Dr. Zimmer and staff have always been attentive and compassionate when caring for my babies. Dr Zimmer has always been thoughtful in his treatment plan considering finances and the well being of my dogs. He has performed multiple serious surgeries with huge success... treated my dog for cancer and other serious health issues. I am so thankful to Not Just 4 Paws and would never take my babies anywhere else.

I have a rescue, yorkie doodle, that was raised in a puppy farm. The Vet here is amazing, Her "fixing" surgery left the smallest scar I have ever seen, he also pulled some teeth and did some dental care.
I now have the happiest most playful dog in the world who is nothing but love and sunshine, thanks to the wonderful people at Not Just 4 Paws. My family goes there with 3 dogs and 3 cats and we get excellent treatment, service and respect every single interaction. Prices are affordable and Service is above and beyond the norm these days.

This place has it all : a courteous staff to greet you and your pet, clean facility, short wait times to spare you and your pet some of that anxiety for being there and a well educated and professional vet in Dr. Zimmer.All of this along with the best care my dogs have ever received. Dr. Zimmer treats my animals with kindness and tries to put us all at ease.He takes the time to explain things in a very clear and concise manner and never rushes through my dogs appointment.Getting my dog's medications refilled is easy and the staff recognizes me and knows why I am there without having to be told.An excellent choice for any of your pet's needs.Oh, and there is plenty of parking.

I have had the fortune of owning several incredible dogs and the misfortune of these same loved dogs having complex medical histories. This has ranged from Cushing disease to enlarged hearts and respiratory failure to now thyroid issues. Dr. Zimmer was not only able to figure out the health issues and concerns but he was able to also devise an accurate treatment regimen that enabled my dogs to live mostly normal lives. I cannot say enough about someone who values my animal's life as much as I do. Watching my dogs thrive again following good treatment is such a gift. Thank you, Dr. Zimmer for the great care and excellent treatment. You go above and beyond for your clients, something far too rare these days.

My Bella had surgery here last week. Dr. Laura was amazing. Bellas only symptom was blood in urine but doctor was able to feel her abdomen and know that poor Bella had a bladder completely full and stretching out her bladder with stones, some of which were very large. Dr. Laura was very thorough and the staff was so caring and helpful to help with financing the surgery. In addition, they were able to perform surgery that SAME DAY and i received a follow up call the next day to check on her. I love this vet office and my Bella feeling much better. Thank you!

Way WAY WAAAY over priced. Monacky animal clinics have fair prices and the vets dont parachute into the parking lot when you arrive.

We live in Menifee and have been bringing our dogs to Not Just 4 Paws for about 12 years. Dr. Zimmer and staff have always been attentive and compassionate when caring for my babies. Dr Zimmer has always been thoughtful in his treatment plan considering finances and the well being of my dogs. He has performed multiple serious surgeries with huge success... treated my dog for cancer and other serious health issues. I am so thankful to Not Just 4 Paws and would never take my babies anywhere else.

Love this vet & a great staff.... I have been going to here sense the first owner Dr. Pam loved her to. I moved out here in 1985 when they where just a handful of vets. I tried them all and the best was Not Just 4 Paws.... I have been with them for over 20 years with all my critters... Dogs, cats, rats, turtle, bird. All my baby's have been well taken care of. :)

I have a rescue, yorkie doodle, that was raised in a puppy farm. The Vet here is amazing, Her "fixing" surgery left the smallest scar I have ever seen, he also pulled some teeth and did some dental care.
I now have the happiest most playful dog in the world who is nothing but love and sunshine, thanks to the wonderful people at Not Just 4 Paws. My family goes there with 3 dogs and 3 cats and we get excellent treatment, service and respect every single interaction. Prices are affordable and Service is above and beyond the norm these days.

This place has it all : a courteous staff to greet you and your pet, clean facility, short wait times to spare you and your pet some of that anxiety for being there and a well educated and professional vet in Dr. Zimmer.All of this along with the best care my dogs have ever received. Dr. Zimmer treats my animals with kindness and tries to put us all at ease.He takes the time to explain things in a very clear and concise manner and never rushes through my dogs appointment.Getting my dog's medications refilled is easy and the staff recognizes me and knows why I am there without having to be told.An excellent choice for any of your pet's needs.Oh, and there is plenty of parking.
