I would recommend Dr. Lynn Yut to anyone for the care of their cats. I have never seen a vet do such thorough exams looking for clues to whatever the problem is. She cares a great deal about her patients, they definitely come first and she will tell you what you need to know. My very old kitty was very sick & his heart was very stressed out from that & going to the vet several times. She wanted me to take him home (was late on a Sat) & care for him where it was quiet & he could rest & chill versus taking to ER hospital. I was so glad I did - he was much more comfy & I could hold him & calm him. When the time came, she was so compassionate and stayed with us, talking quietly & calming me in my grief. I am a clean freak, and the location does not disappoint: no cat hair anywhere, and no nasty fragrance to cover odors; in fact zero odors period (well, until my Rusty pooped on the floor!). Dr. Yut listens intently, and then unhurriedly checks out her patients while putting them and their owners at ease. My cat had been struggling with elimination for years, and in one appointment Dr. Yut solved his poo problem! My only regret is not having changed vets sooner. Do not take your cat here if you want it to live. This is strictly a profit mining operation, not a doctor that will care about your cat (or you). She will cancel your appointment without notifying you when your cat is sick and then refuse to speak to you when you get there for your appointment. Beware of this place!They are crooks!They will ask you for a deposit of $350 before they even see your pet & then of course will add whatever they can to make the bill higherThe front staff is very poorly trained at customer service & have a terrible attitudeWe brought in our kitten yesterday there as it was the closest to our house & thought they were professional & new all about cats being a cat hospitalWe were more than wrong. After taking a deposit of $350 they never called us we had to call to get update & know what was going on. They had no idea what was wrong & run a lot of test without asking permissionAt the end of the day we called & said we were going to pick up our kittenAfter waiting 20 Minutes we met with the vet & she couldn't tell us what it was. Dr. Yut and her staff and first-class professionals, and the technology at this practice is state-of-the-art. They really, really understand cats in a way that a standard vet just can't because they deal with too many species to focus on cats alone. We moved both of our cats from a (sub-)standard vet practice to All Cats many years ago, and Dr. Yut has kept our babies healthy and happy whether she was seeing them through a health crisis or just helping them weather the effects of aging. I rescued my Henry from a dumpster when he was an estimated 5 or 6 weeks. He is almost 2 years old now and I stared noticing strange behavior. He was acting stand-offish, neglected, and extremely tired. As I was petting him in the middle of the night I felt a lump and it nearly startled the life out of me. I support my own room and board and I'm a college student so it can be imagined that my funds are rather small in emergency situations. I called his normal vet and was asking a lot of questions and the woman was rude and insensitive to my fear. I then remembered that I drive past All Cats Hospital all the time so I gave it a shot. The woman on the phone was very sincere and was able to get me an appointment that day. When I took Henry in a receptionist smiled and waved to me while I was still parking. When I got inside they had already called his previous vet and got all of his records for accuracy. As we sat waiting in the room (for all of about 3 minutes) to meet the Doctor, we were checked on and genuinely felt welcomed and loved. The doctor was great. She was extremely knowledgeable and was able to speak in terms that I was able to understand. Poor Henry did end up needing surgery and it was scheduled 5 days later. In the days leading up to surgery I received phones calls to make sure he was still okay. On surgery day we went in and I was a scared mommy. Before I left the technician made me feel confident and assured me that I could call anytime and they would let me know how everything went. I got my phone call after surgery from the Doctor herself, and was walked through everything when when I returned to pick him up. Never once did Henry show fear when we were in the office and he has been great since. I did receive a check up call this morning, as his surgery was yesterday, and I could not be more pleased with the service we received. I would recommend this hospital to anybody without a doubt. What is up with all these poor reviews? I moved recently or I would still be bringing my little man here.My cat is a monster. Seriously. He is the single most aggressive feline you will ever lay eyes on when he is under stress (ie at the vet). Hissing, spiting, growling, biting, shitting... Still the staff at ACH were WONDERFUL with him. Very patient, kind, and gentle. Admittedly they are a little pricey but what do you expect? It's the same thing with human healthcare. Try being an uninsured person - let me tell you, it gets expensive fast! Animals are no different. To the person who said they can get their whole family's teeth cleaned for less than their animal - where at, because I want in! I worked in a dental office for years and unless you have dental insurance that just isn't true. Read Less

I find Dr. Yut and her staff knowledgeable and competent. I cannot say great as it seems everything is about money and not about personality. My issues with All Cats stems from a lack of warmth or a feeling of genuine care. I had to put my cat, Jett down on Monday after putting him through an awful teeth cleaning where his fang was removed. Cancer was found in his throat and I put him thru 21 days of radiation and watched my poor Jett deteriorate. Dr. Yut recommended I take him out of his misery and I had to concur. What is truly disturbing to me is 15 minutes before my Jett was to leave me I was contacted by All Cats to give my credit card....really? After spending thousands upon thousands of dollars with All Cats since 2006 to support 5 cats between my ex and me, I find asking me for payment up front was insensitive to our feelings and down out right mean. What was I going to do...not pay? Does anyone else find this practice insensitive?Read Less

A friend recommended I take my cat Dobbie to Dr. Yut at All Cats Hospital when I told her Dobbie had vomited several times and I thought he was losing weight. Dr. Yut discovered that Dobbie had a thyroid problem and needed to be on a special low iodine diet. Six weeks later after following Dr. Yut’s treatment and changing Dobbie’s diet he is doing much better. I liked Dr. Yut and her staff was very friendly. More importantly, I am glad I found a good vet who could find out what was wrong with my Dobbie and treat it successfully. I will be recommending All Cats Hospital to all my friends now. Read Less

Dr Yut is excellent and I have been going to All Cats Hospital for years! She truly cares about the cats! I have a diabetic cat and she is always ready to help with any questions or when he gets sick. One of my other cats was very sick last month and I knew in my heart he needed to be put down. My cat had been drinking a lot of water and would not eat for 2 days, so I took her into Dr. Yut to find out what could be wrong. Dr. Yut found that she had kidney problems and was becoming dehydrated. Dr. Yut told me that cats are prone to this problem and that a change in diet was necessary for the rest of her life. Punkin is feeling better now and is less lethargic on her new food. I am very grateful to Dr. Yut for finding the problem and getting Punkin on the proper diet for her condition. Read Less

Scruffy is pretty much an outdoor cat and a bit of a scrapper. He came to me last Thursday morning with an ugly gash across the right side of his face. Fortunately his eye was OK so I knew he would be alright once I took him into Dr. Yut for a few stitches. Dr. Yut sewed his wound up and gave him antibiotics so he’s back out on the prowl again and seems fine. Sissy had a bad ear infection.My little Siamese had been shaking her head for several days and then two days ago cried out when I rubbed her ears. It felt like her head was hot when I petted her and my normally happy little girl looked sad in her eyes. I took her to Dr. Yut who examined and then cleaned and medicated her ears. Crocket had a lump on his chest!My cat Crocket had a lump under the skin on his chest that I had never noticed before so I took him to Dr. Yut at All Cats Hospital. I was terrified it could be a cancer, but Dr. Yut examined Crocket thoroughly and thankfully the lump turned out to be benign. Dr. Yut did the lumpectomy surgery yesterday so my worries are over and Crocket is just fine. My little cat Susie was having trouble urinating so I took her to Dr. Yut. I’m so glad I did not put this off because Dr. Yut said that the urinary tract infection she found could have been fatal if left untreated. Dr. Yut gave her antibiotics and suggested a change in her diet. Susie has been on her medicine and new diet for above a week now and seems to be much better. I did not realize how dangerous urinary problems can be for cats. Thanks to Dr. Yut, now I know to be watchful for these kinds of symptoms in Susie or my other 2 members of my feline family. My Cat Swallowed A Hair Clip!My cat Seuss started hacking and choking a few nights ago and the next day started vomiting. I took her that afternoon to Dr. Yut at All Cats Hospital who examined and then x-rayed her. Dr. Yut found in the x-ray that she had a hair clip in her stomach. I was horrified, but Dr. Yut said that cats swallowing foreign objects is not that unusual. Seuss had to have surgery to remove the object but all went well and she is fine now. I hope Seuss learned a lesson. I learned that Dr. Yut was not only an excellent veterinary surgeon but a compassionate and caring vet who was capable of calming my fears and helping me as well as Seuss get through this crisis. When I took my cat to this clinic for assistance (with what turned out to be late stage lymphoma), the vet spent more time complaining to me about her staff, "lazy employees" in general, than discussing my cat's serious needs.  She held him in a cage for over 6 hours while he was in terrible pain.  Later that day, we took the cat to Veterinary Specialists (expensive, but the best place to go for a really complicated problem) and sadly, we had to put him down, but at Veterinary Specialists, we and our car were treated with kindness and professionalism.  Listening to the All Cats vet complain about her staff while my cat was in pain was really too much. Unless you like having every possible test run on your cat that a veterinarian can charge you for, having them slip in supplements for your cat without telling you and charging you for them with your take home material, and dealing with a rude and unfriendly vet, stay away from this place.  There are lots of other more down to earth veterinarians in the area that don't want to just drain your wallet when you bring your poor sick little kitty in to get better.
