I witnessed a kitten being thrown from a truck between 154 and 34 in Newnan. I was able to quickly stop and save the cat. Since my vet is in PTC, I knew time was precious and I chose the closet veterinarian I could find. Crossroads was amazing! They took down my info and sprang into action. Even though I could not take financial responsibility for the kitten, they knew I was concerned and were grateful I stopped to help. They called me with updates and I went in the fol...lowing day to check on Mr. Kitty. Tech Amy was amazing as she took kitty home to monitor him and decided to adopt him herself. I’m so grateful I was steered towards Crossroads for this tragic turned happy ending experience. If you are looking for a local veterinarian, please consider Crossroads Animal Hospital. I had a couple of sick days with my miniature poodle, Annabel Lee. Today she took a turn for the worse. I immediately called Crossroads and spoke with Starr. We had no appointment and they were booked, but Starr assured me they would work her in. The staff, Starr, and Dr.Christopher Bowen were sympathetic and kind to both Annabel and myself, even though we left a mess in every room. After blood work and a stool sample, Dr.Bowen and Starr explained how to give the meds, and what I need to do to help Bella get through what looks to be a very upset tummy from a Father's Day celebration. Fingers crossed!!! I appreciate them getting us in, with no notice and their compassion. Bedside manner is just as important with our pets, as it is for us, and they understand that. Thank you everyone at Crossroads for you help!

We "inherited" our little girl, Bella, from our dearest friend Paulla who passed away from cancer on March 24. We knew her before, of course, but have grown to absolutely love her. We took her for a checkup and canine flu shots and the staff was wonderful. Two weeks ago, they drew blood and gave her an EKG in anticipation of getting her teeth cleaned. The next day results came in and Dr. Jeff called us that evening re her heart rate. He stayed on the phone while instruct...ing us how to listen to her heart beat to be sure she would be okay. She had her teeth cleaned yesterday (they look fabulous!). Christy took her back, called us at 12 Noon to say everything went well, and she brought her out when we picked her up at 5 (and she was not nervous at all). I would say that is definitely "the personal touch." Thank you Christy (doc and the rest of the staff). See More

Great and friendly staff. I had to make a hard decision between emergency surgery and put my fur baby down today & the staff was so sweet and generous as they let me sit in the room as long as I need till I was ready to do it.. couldn't ask for a better place to care for my babies!

We are new to the area and after looking at reviews of different animal hospitals I decided on Crossroads Animal Hospital. I am so glad I did. Every visit we've had there so far has been a very positive experience. The staff is very friendly on the phone and in person. I have met three of the vets there and each one has been great, very friendly, good at explaining what they are doing and make you and your pet feel welcome. It's so important to have someone you can trust with your fur babies!

Dr. Wilson is the BEST! He has been our vet for about 16 years. I've never met anyone most compassionate than he and he loves the fur babies! He understands how much our babies are a part of our lives and family. If you haven't figured it out yet, I'd recommend this place and him to anyone.

Our family has been using Crossroads for the last 17 years. We have had 1 cat and 4 dogs go to Crossroads and have had some pretty serious illnesses with our animals over the years. The vets at Crossroads are the best. Everyone of them have a special love for animals and do an excellent job. I do want to give Dr. Wilson and Dr. Watson the biggest shoutout. They have more than on one occasion saved our pets lives. And we're concerned about our feelings and worries. Love Crossroads Animal Hospital.

Being a K-9 handler for over 18 years, I have been to a lot of vets. I just moved to Georgia and I don't know anyone in the area to recommend a vet for me. I checked the reviews on Yelp and decided to go to Crossroads. I brought my beagle in for the first time on a Saturday, and from the moment I walked in I felt very comfortable. The facilities are immaculate, and the staff is very friendly. Dr. Michael Wilson earned my business the minute he walked in the room and sat on the floor with my dog. You can immediately tell that he is an animal lover and has the pets best interest at heart. He takes time to explain things to you like a friend would and makes you feel at ease. Crossroads and Dr. Wilson have gained a new client. I highly recommend this facility.

After a terrible experience at another vet, a puppy with pneumonia, and a college budget, Crossroads saved the day! The care and compassion this office has for pets and owners is amazing. They went above & beyond to do everything possible to help my pup, calm my nerves,and kept a tight college student budget in mind. Even going so far as calling for two weeks to check up on how he was recovering. All the staff is amazing, but Butler has some serious love for Samantha, one of the Veterinary Assistants! He gets so excited when we pull in for his annual visit. I am so thankful to have found such a great vet to keep my furbaby happy & healthy.

We came home from being out of town and found my cat with her eye swollen shut. I called Crossroads and they got her in right away. Dr. Chris was incredible. My cat is usually not very friendly with strangers but never once got upset and even left purring. I think she could sense how much he truly cared about her and my kids loved how sweet he spoke to her. She is now on the road to recovery and we have found a doctor we will be with for years to come. I highly recommend Dr. Chris to anyone with fur babies. (You can't beat the prices either)

I have only boarded my dog, so I cannot speak to any medical issues. The boarding staff is first rate, very friendly and invited me to tour the facility. The fact that they not only allow, but encourage me to tour the place was a significant factor in taking my dog there. The last place (Wild Things/Oxton Kennels) no longer allows pet owners to tour the boarding facilities. At least I know these guys are not trying to hide anything.

I had a couple of sick days with my miniature poodle, Annabel Lee. Today she took a turn for the worse. I immediately called Crossroads and spoke with Starr. We had no appointment and they were booked, but Starr assured me they would work her in. We are new to the area and after looking at reviews of different animal hospitals I decided on Crossroads Animal Hospital. I am so glad I did. Every visit we've had there so far has been a very positive experience. The staff is very friendly on the phone and in person. Our family has been using Crossroads for the last 17 years. We have had 1 cat and 4 dogs go to Crossroads and have had some pretty serious illnesses with our animals over the years. After a terrible experience at another vet, a puppy with pneumonia, and a college budget, Crossroads saved the day! The care and compassion this office has for pets and owners is amazing. They went above & beyond to do everything possible to help my pup, calm my nerves,and kept a tight college student budget in mind. We came home from being out of town and found my cat with her eye swollen shut. I called Crossroads and they got her in right away. Dr. Chris was incredible. My cat is usually not very friendly with strangers but never once got upset and even left purring. I think she could sense how much he truly cared about her and my kids loved how sweet he spoke to her. She is now on the road to recovery and we have found a doctor we will be with for years to come. I have only boarded my dog, so I cannot speak to any medical issues. The boarding staff is first rate, very friendly and invited me to tour the facility. The fact that they not only allow, but encourage me to tour the place was a significant factor in taking my dog there.
