I absolutely love this place.  Dr. Singh never turns me away and always has the best interest in mind for my fur babies.  My poor little Rocca had surgery a couple of days ago and they were amazing! His staff is amazing and they are so helpful with questions I have.. I don't live in Chino Hills but it's worth the drive.  Love this place! Read Less

I love Dr. Singh! I've been bringing my Standard Poodle (Bear) to him since he was a puppy, almost 8 years ago. He is very knowledgeable, compassionate, and caring. When Bear had eaten something poisonous, he met us at his clinic within 20 minutes and took care of Bear and he pulled through--it was almost midnight when we called him. He lives locally, here in Chino Hills, and I couldn't be happier with his services. Is he super emotional or fawning all over my dog? No, but that's not what I need in a vet. Talk about upsells. I feel the doctor is here just to make a quick buck off people who don't know enough about their animals. I brought my dog in for antibiotics and was told he would need 2 shots along with the antibiotic pills, I asked what the shots were and he replied it's a sterile shot. In total he tried to charge me 128 for the pills and the shots. I ended up saying no I only want the pills and his attitude quickly changed. I ended up paying about 60 for the visit. All in all this guy doesn't care about your animals. He even had the balls to berate one of his employees in front of me for not filling something out (as it was my first time) My first and last time here. I met Dr. Singh in April 2014 when my little Simone was diagnosed with diabetes.   Dr. Singh acknowledged that Simone wasn't just a pet but a part of my family.  The entire team is amazing.   They actually care about saving a pets life.  Much different from animal hospitals that are more concerned with making a dollar.  I believe Chino Hills Parkway Animal Hospital was heaven sent.  Give them a try.  I'm sure you will be pleased with the care you receive. I really like the vet. I was worried after seeing some of the previous Yelp reviews....but I realize there is always two sides to each story...here is mine.I took my dog onto the vet for an eye infection that she has had off and on since may and this is the second vet I went to since I wanted a second opinion and still wanted to stay close to home. The vet was very through. HE not only checked if there was trauma to the cornea, did a tear stain test and the senior blood test I requested. He received antibiotics ointment and medication. I wasn't too happy about seeing my dog in a muzzle for all of the tests but after having worked in a grooming salon understand how safety is very important and was pleased that these tests were done in my presence.  He was very through and kind to my dog which I appreciated. Today I took her in for her followup FREE  appointment.  I thought I had to pay today so I was pretty happy. He confirmed she was doing much better but continue with the ointment for a few more days and keep a watch on it and gave me suggestions if it is chronic on what to look for. Thank you so much for helping. The last vet I left not feeling confident in his opinion...but I feel much better today. I was referred to him by my dog's kennel and warned he can be a little difficult to understand.  He spoke with an accent but spoke slowly and carefully. What I liked is that he listened and gave great advise and feedback. He even shared a story about his Lab which I really enjoyed. Read Less

Dr Singh is a great doctor. The staff is so nice. This office is very caring. The Dr has worked with us on payments for a major surgery. He saved her life. I had to put my dog down recently and they were very compassionate not only towards our dog but to us as well. It was comforting to me  during that sad time. They also have great vaccination clinic. Excellent Vet, caring and very knowledgeable. We brought our Yorki to Dr. Singh while he was closing friday night before Memorial weekend. We were not sure what happened to our pup, but she was paralyzed and lost respiratory drive while driving to his location. He acted quickly establishing an IV, getting oxygen, and drugs on board right away . We think she may have gotten bite by something, never the less he stabilized her condition so that we were able to get her to a 24 hour emergency pet hospital where she could be monitored over night. The fast actions by the Dr. Singh surely saved our beloved family pet. We highly recommend Chino Hills Parkway Pet Hospital. Thanks again! Read Less

I should have read his yelp reviews. I was told over the phone it would be $180 to spay my dog. I get there and now the quote has increased drastically. Absolutely NO bedside manner. The vet tech couldn't answer simple questions and she looked like she just woke up. I couldn't afford the fee so I wanted to reschedule so I could save more money.  The vet made me feel very uncomfortable.  He then says i owe him  $35 for his 1 min exam. I paid his $35 fee just so I could get out of there and not return! Read Less

Dr Singh and his staff have been taking care of our pets for the last few years. They do an outstanding job, they are kind and compassionate with our pets and are reasonably priced. I could not ask for anything more from them. When I take my dogs there I know in my heart that they are getting the best veterinary care possible. And just for the record, I had been previously been to another vet in Chino so I do have a good comparison in terms of service, cost and care. Read Less

Don't go !!!! Very expensive ... Absurdly Expensive .. Likes to Robb you blind... I recently went to ask for a consultation and examination and ended up paying in excess of 330.00 for a look.. Didn't even get any medicine for my pet.. It was extra .. What a joke .. I repeat !!!! Don't Go.. I highly recommend the vet up the street next to fresh n easy .. I would never bring my cat here again.  The Vet had no bedside manor, was hard to understand, and and was very unsympathetic.  My first impression was that he didn't like cats at all.  There was a resident cat that was nosing around everywhere.  When this curious cat tried coming into the examining room, the vet got mad and physically kicked the cat out with his foot.  Seriously??  The vet recommended that my cat wear a cone for several days.  Unfortunately, he provided one that was not appropriate for a cat.  Because cats snouts are not long like dogs, my cat was unable to reach food or water.  I let the vet know and he seemed kind of annoyed that I was bothering him.  Needless to say, won't be coming back here and Chino Hills Parkway Pet Hospital gets 1 star. I took my two cats in for a discount shot clinic. They upsold us on the kittens shots. Instead of $17 they charged us $66. My older cat they couldn't even give a rabies vaccine. They stated they needed anesthesia just to administer a shot to a 15 year old cat. I'll never return. They are incompetent thieves. Read Less
