My mare had a major neurological situation going on....had everyone guessing! Dr. Klohnen took time, patience, and tremendous caring and I was able to bring her home with hopes of full recovery.
The staff is caring, sympathetic and extremely professional.
Facility is clean, modern equipment, and I highly recommend them to anyone that wants great care

Dr. Brauer is an amazing surgeon they took fantastic care of my mare. Will definitely use them for any future emergency equine needs. Facility is extremely clean and all the staff was great.

My family uses this equine hospital all the time for our horses. The doctors are all really sweet and helpful. They have emergency services and they will come out to your house for call outs. We live in the high desert so we always load our horses in the trailer and make the drive. It takes us about an hour but we don't mind when we have a sick or injured horse. They will call medication into any pharmacy that you choose. We choose Costco because they always have the best prices and have a ton of medication on hand. The prices are fair and I've never felt that I've been taken advantage of. They offer choices for different budgets. Some people complain but people are never happy when they have to spend money. If you have a horse you can expect to spent money. Horses are not cheap and emergencies happen. I would recommend these guys to anyone who wants to save an animal rather than just putting the animal down. They have great people on site to take care of the horses and I know that my horse will have great care the entire time that they are here

Dr. Fischer saved my horse's leg and life. My draft cross jumper fractured his right hind pastern in a turn out accident. Fischer surgically fused the pastern with screws and plates, and set him in a series of casts over the course of four months. We are just shy of two years from the accident, and my horse is sound, and able to jump again competitively. I highly recommend trusting your horse's care with the staff at Chino Valley Equine.
